Thank you so much for your lovely review, Pam. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m delighted you enjoyed both the apartment and its location. One of the things guests love most is being able to walk to so many of London’s iconic sights, while also having fantastic cafés, restaurants, pubs and excellent transport links right on the doorstep. I’m also pleased you found my local recommendations and communication helpful. You’re always very welcome back whenever your travels bring you to London again! Simone 🇬🇧

Dear Dawn, Thank you so much for your lovely review. I’m really pleased you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the location — it really is one of those rare little pockets of central London that manages to feel both peaceful and incredibly well connected at the same time. I’m also delighted to hear you found the studio fresh, stylish, and comfortable, especially the sofa bed, as I know some guests are understandably cautious about sofa beds before arriving. It’s great to know the space worked so well for you. You were a wonderful guest, and you’d be very welcome back anytime. Best regards, Simone 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful Pimlico neighbourhood and appreciated the champagne welcome. Just to clarify for future guests: the flat is in Zone 1, Central London. Victoria Station is about a 10-minute walk, Sloane Square about 12, and there are plenty of cafés, brasseries, and shops just 5–7 minutes away. As this guest didn’t have a smartphone or internet access, I wasn’t able to share my usual digital welcome pack or video guides. Instead, I met him personally, walked him through the flat, and marked key local spots on a map for him. The sofa bed is a single-action modern design that takes just seconds to open — I normally provide a short video showing how. The shower system is a standard UK dual setup, and I’m always happy to help if anything’s unclear. The kitchen includes coffee and a French press. For hygiene reasons, we don’t leave open items like salt or spices, and paper towels are not listed but easily found locally. As for the lighting — the flat features custom Collingwood designer fittings, chosen to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic. It was a pleasure to host you, and I hope you had a great stay in London. Warm regards, Simone🇬🇧🇬🇧

Thanks Patrick! Always welcome back! 🇬🇧
