The apartment on the first and last floor has the following spaces on one level: • sea view living room [air conditioned] with fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace • double bedroom with sea view [air conditioned] with wardrobe and access to the terrace • covered terrace with sea view complete with 4 seats table • bathroom with sink - shower - WC and bidet.

Modern fixtures ensure perfect brightness and ventilation. Air conditioning and heating are guaranteed by 2 efficient Split SHARP, which make the apartment livable even during the cold season. The Wi-Fi internet connection is free and unlimited, it is spread from the ground floor therefore very high surfing speeds are not guaranteed. On the ground floor there is a shared covered veranda, equipped with two external hot showers and barbecue [photos from n ° 22 to 27] The vehicle can be parked for free in the open space in front of the entrance.
