Beach Villa Heart House with private pool

Villa Heart House is probably the newest and finest villa with private pool in Acharavi. Enjoying a truly perfect location just steps away from beach, shops, restaurants and bars (therefore a car is not necessary) yet surrounded by extensive lush gardens providing peace and privacy, this villa is the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for a special holiday on Corfu. Finished to the highest standard with precious materials and beautifully finished in local stone, the villa can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Sea views, wide areas where all the guests can relax together, barbecue, outdoor poolside dining facilities, private parking, complete the setting. Great WI-FI connection both inside and outside is perfect also for all those guests who need to work while on holiday.



Inside, the villa is incredibly spacious and airy. It has been finished with taste and style to the highest standard using traditional elements such as wood and stone. The main living area is located on the upper floor. There is a huge lounge (sofas, smart tv, wifi internet) with adjoining kitchen, dining area, a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool, as well as a family shower room. Above the lounge there is a beautiful mezzanine level: a perfect playroom for both adults and children! Large furnished terraces accessed from the lounge open towards the sea providing sensational views over the beach nearby, the Ionian Sea, and the sunset. The lower floor, accessed via an imposing wooden staircase, has 3 further bedrooms as well as a well equipped laundry area. The master bedroom has double bed and its own en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms are respectively a twin and a double and share a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. For the comfort of our guests, the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).



Outside, Villa Heart House is a precious oasis of peace just steps away from the sea. The lush gardens have lawn, flowers, shrubs and are beautifully lit at night. The private pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m (depth 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds for all the guests as well as parasols. The pool and the grounds are well lit at night, and there are 2 outdoor showers. The highlight of the house is for sure the poolside outdoor additional kitchen (fully equipped, including cooking rings and dishwasher!) with shaded dining area, barbecue and WC. Having such a large and secluded private space within a resort and walking distance to all the amenities will be a huge bonus! Private parking (gated) is available within the premises.



NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Matkaseurueeseemme kuului 3 aikuista ja 2 lasta. Paikka oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen. Pihaa ympäröi aita ja portin sai lukittua. Yöksi sai myös porraskäytävän lukittua. Todella tilava ja viihtyisä, puhdas. Laaja tervetuliaispaketti ja ystävällinen isäntä. Kaikki mukavuudet löytyi, mm. suodatinkahvinkeitin sekä kaksi astianpesukonetta (toinen ulkokeittiössä). Vessoja useampi. Allasalue viihtyisä, lokakuun lopulla kylmä vesi oli odotettavissa. Allasalueella jääkaappi, tiskikone ja vessa. Kaikin puolin todella viihtyisä paikka, voi suositella. Ainoa miinus meteliä pitävä pakastin-jääkaappi, joka yläkerrassa. Yläkerrassa yksi makuuhuone.

The Villa was perfect for our family group holiday. Everything you could need was provided. Located close to a lovely beach and many good restaurants and bars. All was excellent apart from Yannis had not been notified by Dadovillas that our group had increased from 6 to 8 people. I emailed this 4weeks before. But this was quickly dealt with.

Just back from a fabulous week at the beach villa heart house.(6 adults). It was everything we had hoped for, pool area is brilliant, villa spacious and well equipped, Aircon very much needed and appreciated. We didn't want to hire a car so location was perfect. Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, beach, all in a few mins walking distance, plenty of choice. Communication with host Maria and landlord Giannis was excellent, lovely welcome pack provided. We used Lois Travel for airport transfer, reliable, comfortable and safe, highly recommend. Would love to return soon. Little tip, the metal arms on the sunbeds get extremely hot be careful especially if you have young children.

What an absolute gem of a villa, in a beautiful seaside location. Corfu is so pretty. The villa was huge, with everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcome from Giannis the owner who showed us around and told us which direction the shops and beach were….a mere 350m!! And the welcome pack was extremely impressive and we were grateful for, including lots of bottled water. And theres even a filtered drinking water tap in the kitchen! The pool and area was just amazing, with full outside kitchen and bbq. We will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect villa for our family holiday! The huge villa is located a short walking distanc

This was the perfect villa for our family holiday! The huge villa is located a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the main town with lots of shops and supermarkets. The villa felt safe and secluded and had wonderful views from the main balcony. You are met by Mr Yannis for the Check-In and Check-Out process who was flexible to our arrival and departure times. We used the recommend taxi service (Corfu Taxi Transfer). Our friendly driver Spyros (was brilliant and catered to our requests of a toddler child seat and was prompt for both arrival and departure pick ups. The villa was very clean with great amenities and the pool and outside cooking area is beautiful! We would visit this property again and recommend it for any groupfamily holidays.

Brilliant villa that is right in the centre of the resort

Brilliant villa that is right in the centre of the resort. Two minute walk to the centre of Acharavi, two minute walk to the beach and restaurants all around. Our host was very welcoming, always contactable and hosted us well - providing us with advice and welcome gifts/supplies. Would highly recommend.

We have just got back from a week at Heart House Villa. We have had the best time, the villa was perfect. Clean and spacious. Beautiful views too. Location was great as we didn’t want to rent a car. Yannis was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Amazing!

Beautiful! Laid back, good food and beach and great accomodation this is the house. The owner was kind, attentive and responsive. The description and pictures are on point. The home was what we wanted. We saw beautiful sunset over the beach on the dining balacony. We utilized this balcony every morning and a few dinners and birthday celebration. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of seating a fantastic outdoor eating bbq setup. We also enjoyed this one evening. Close proximity to beach 5- 6 minute walk. Local store by the beach had many things. Opposite direction maybe 8 min walk into town. Very walkable. Everything you need. Great restaurants on both beach side and in town. The people are friendly. Found it to be safe for all. The owner told us we didnt need a car for the area we were in and he was right. You only need a car or call a taxi to go outside of the town. We had 5 teenagers with us and they had the time of their life. The loved the closeness of everything. During the day they were able to enjoy on their own. They played with the basketball hoop at the house. The floaties that were provided in the pool area. Plenty of rooms for all so the house never seemed crowded. For us it was the perfect spot. Especially when we saw the evening sunset at night on the balcony. We thank the owner and his family for a wonderful experience. We stayed June 27 for 6 nights and wish we had more days. Thank you once again the birthday girl family and friends.

Absolutely Amazing!

We would highly recommend staying at this villa. The pool area with the sun beds and the outdoor living space with kitchen is perfect! The house is beautiful with plenty of space. The balcony off the kitchen was great for morning coffee and a glass of wine watching the sunset. The house is well equipped. Some nice touches when we got there was cold beer in the fridge and many local snacks! The housekeeping mid week was also a nice touch to give a little refresh. The location is perfect! 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to town. The beach has many great restaurants with outdoor seating. The main road in town has many supermarkets, stores, restaurants and a fresh fish market. We loved our stay at the Villa and our host was so kind too. Thank you!

Lovely villa, owner and location

The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. We watched the sun set in the ocean from the main balcony. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, with BBQ, oven, dishwasher, toilet and a pool that got the sun almost all day. Giannis said the pool was only a year old and it was cleaned early every morning. The location was perfect being in the middle between the main town with shops and supermarkets (5 mins walk away) and the beach (4 mins walk away). We loved our stay at the villa, at Acharavi and in Corfu as a whole and would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing I wish I'd packed were some boots for entering the sea as the pebbles and stones made it a little uncomfortable going in and out. It was fine once you were a few feet in though and no problems down the road at Roda who's beach was much sandier.

MARVELOUS!!!

We absolutley loved our two week stay at the Heart Villa! John, the owner, was very helpful in getting us there with excellent transportaion recommendations. His Villa was spotless and fully equiped with all our needs. Despite the rainy weather we did manage to have 5 beach days. Acharvai Village is a delightful area - walking to the village or beach was less than 10 minutes from the Heart House. Fantastic public bus transportation to Corfu town and other area villages on the island were dependable and very inexpensive! The day trip to Albania was also very interesting! The NoonIsland.com charter boat excusion to Paxos topped off out last day of vacation! We also had a most memorable private catered dinner at the Villa by Chef Vasiliki of LuxuryChefs.com. I will return someday soon for a much longer stay!

Great villa

A lovely villa in a very good location - 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the Main Street (supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, cafes and a few pharmacies). The owner of the villa was very helpful and greeted us with a warm welcome including a welcome basket on arrival with basic necessities to start our holiday. The villa was very clean and serviced every 5 days including the change of white bed lining and towels along with great size pool towels. An added bonus was the Nespresso (original pod) coffee machine! The pool was lovely and serviced every other day. The outside kitchen (including cooker, fridge, bbq, dishwasher and filter coffee maker) and toilet was an asset, especially for a family with children.

Ideal Location

Beach Villa Heart House was perfectly located within Achavari with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The villa was lovely and the pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful. Giannis was a fantastic host and extremely attentive. We had a very relaxing holiday, the added bonus were amazing sunsets that we enjoyed every night.
