Summary:
The newly built and luxurious villa rental is located in the beautiful Marigot hillside and offers a magnificent view of the bay and the verdant countryside. With a modern and stylish design, the villa boasts a balanced mix of contemporary architecture and Caribbean touches, as well as the perfect blend black and concrete natural materials with the outside palette of colors.
The Space:
The Villa offers a living room and the open kitchen offers large openings to the terrace. There is a large table inside and another outside, to enjoy a lunch under the parasol. The main room with a high ceiling includes a living room and a dining room, both of which overlook the ocean. The lounge area is equipped with a quilted sofa and a separate lounge chair. Next to the dining room which can accommodate up to twelve people, there is a modern kitchen with a bar for breakfast.
LIVING AREA: Facing the bay of Marigot, opening on to the terrace. Ocean view. Large contemporary interior living room with high quality furniture, large white sofa, two armchairs and a meridian. Ceiling fan, flat screen TV with French satellite, Apple TV.
DINING AREA: Indoor dining area with dining table for twelve people and outdoor dining area near the pool, sofas and a rectangular wooden table covered with a parasol. Breathtaking views.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped and with a view of the ocean. Electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, centrifuge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar.
MASTER BEDROOM 1: Located in a separate bungalow at the pool level with access to the private terrace and ocean view. A king size bed (180 x 200), air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, safe, dressing room, Ensuite bathroom with indoor Italian shower and outdoor shower, double sink, and WC. Two people maximum.
BEDROOM 2: Wheelchair accessible, located outside the living room with access to the terrace and ocean view. A king size bed (180 x 200), air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, safe, dressing room, Ensuite bathroom with indoor Italian shower and outdoor shower, sink and WC. Two people maximum.
