The Penthouse is situated in front of the port of Gustavia, with an exposure allowing to take advantage of sunrises, and to avoid the hot season of the sunset and the excessive use of the air conditioning.
It is also close to the beach , in a low-lying zone close to the sea level, to take advantage of the night-life without moving by car
