Villa Niso, a brand new villa, is the ultimate retreat where guests can enjoy relaxation and luxury and is ideal for groups and families, as it can host up to 2-4 guests. The perfect destination for your vacation in Crete and the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and gorgeous views. It is located a few km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna with turquoise waters.
Indoor facilities
Villa Niso is a one-floor villa that consists of three airy bedrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. The wonderful sense of transparency is provided by the extensive use of glass with large windows, which creates the illusion of a wide-open residence. The modern design in combination with the elements of minimalism creates the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your stay!

There is nothing better than swimming in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. The layout of the property is refreshingly laid-back, spacious, and comfortable. There is a pool with sun loungers where you can sit back and enjoy the Cretan sun and view the endless blue.
