Casa Dorotea our beautiful, centrally located village house; retains traditional charm, delightful style, a typical Spanish Pueblo home.
Set over 3 floors, featuring our exclusive rooftop garden terrace with picturesque village and gorgeous mountain views; perfect to relax and unwind.
The terrace incorporates sun-loungers, dining table, chairs, large parasol and drinks fridge.
Canillas de Aceituno stunningly positioned on the side of Mount Maroma, a perfect opportunity to explore by walking, hiking or cycling.
At Casa Dorotea you are in the heart of the village, a short stroll from all the town’s bars, restaurants and amenities, including the pretty vibrant plaza.

Casa Dorotea is accessed via traditional double doors, leading into the fully fitted kitchen.
There is a generously appointed bathroom, incorporating a walk-in shower.

Second floor; bedroom featuring a super-king bed, memory foam mattress and a ceiling fan. The traditional shuttered window with mosquito net overlooks the charming street below.
Also there is a W/C with hand basin, a small office/snug featuring a wood burner.

Third floor; cosy lounge with wooden beams, views out onto the rooftop garden terrace, village and mountains beyond.
Including 2 small sofas, flat screen TV (selection of Spanish channels), DVD player with a choice of movies.
The lounge area flows out onto the terrace via patio doors; equipped with furniture enabling both relaxation and dining, palms and greenery add to create one calming environment.

There is parking close by and a free car-park, a 5 minute stroll.

The village has a stunning seasonal outdoor pool with restaurant.

There are a selection of oil radiators, fans and a cooling unit in the house

As original features of the house there are steep stairs and low doorways.
Due to the location there may be at times some traffic noise, church bells, the sound of local chatter along with the marvellous aromas
