Jätte Mysig lägenhet. Nackdelar: Hård och knarrig säng på övervåningen. Ett av badrummen var avstängt. Diskmaskinen diskade inte rent.

Wintering on the Riviera

This was our second time here. It is situated close to the sea, the market - open every day and a brilliant bakery/patisserie just down the street. The apartment is so well appointed and we received every help necessary for a great holiday. Hope to return again

Best vacation ever!

Lovely, spacious 4 bedroom apt in the center of everything. Immaculately clean, and our host was very responsive. Best feature was a huge private gardened terrace where we ate dinner and hung out in the evening. 3 min walk to the beach, many restaurants, and a large impressive food market every morning with local vendors selling cheese, fresh seafood and meat, fruit and veggies, olives, and homemade ltems like fresh ravioli. It’s a very short drive to Italy. The apartment is a third floor walk-up and has everything needed including beach towels, umbrellas, and kids beach toys. Highly recommend Maison Trenca!!

Wonderful property in stunning location

Booking and check in made totally simple. Property clean and well maintained. So much space. Lots of little extras to make the holiday a luxury. So good to have 3 full bathrooms. The terrace is a joy, totally relaxing. The location is perfect. We all had a wonderful holiday, fully recommend.

Absolutely perfect

This was a fantastic choice: spacious, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, lots of light, huge terrace with large dining table, swing, sofa and the view! It's in a pedestrian area in the old quarter and it quiet because we were on the 3rd floor. It's a small town so everything is walkable. Lots of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and good stores for shopping. We also loved the restaurant "Les Enfants Terribles" with their fresh seafood dishes. We all would stay there again!

Maison Trenca in Menton, France.

Maison Trenca was absolutely marvelous. Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, on a pedestrian street, close to everything. Audrey was always helpful and replied promptly all through the rental process. Luciana was just great, helping us get settled and organizing a taxi to Nice for us on our last day. This was the best accomodation I have stayed at and there have been many. I highly recommend Maison Trenca.

Eine mit Stil eingerichtete grosse Wohnung, mitten in der Altsatdt

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der maison Trenca verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit Stil eingerichtet, hat alles was man benötigt und die Lage ist top. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung passt zur Realität. Kurz gesagt, ich kann die Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was nicht nach Wunsch lief ist die Kommunikation. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig. Auf unsere Mails erhielten wir erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen eine Antwort und teils erhielten wir gar keine Antwort. Wir wussten zum Beispiel lange nicht, ob die Reservation bestätigt ist oder nicht, wir erhielten keine schnelle Reservationsbestätigung und auch unsere Kreditkarte wurde erst knapp vor Anreise belastet. Kurz, 7 Tage vor Anreise waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob alles klappen würde. Ein anderes Beispiel war unsere Mailanfrage bezüglich Parkplatz vor Ort. Auf dieses Mail erhielten wir keine Antwort und als wir dann vor Ort nachfragten hies es, wir hätten dies im Voraus sagen sollen.....zum Glück hatte ich noch die Mailanfrage. Das Mail habe ich dann nochmals weitergeleitet und siehe da, es war dann auf einmal doch möglich ein Parkplatz zu erhalten. Solche Dinge sind zwar unschön, aber mit etwas Geduld kann man darüber hinweg schauen. Der Empfang vor Ort hingegen, verlief sehr gut. Die Person die uns empfangen hat war im Auftrag des Vermieters da. Sie war sehr freundliche und hat uns eine sauber geputzte Wohnung übergeben. Danke an dieser Stelle. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen!

Maison Trenca is fully renovated. The apartment is located on the second floor of a "belle époque" building in the historic center of the city – there is no elevator into the building. The closest parking lot is "Vieille Ville – Sablettes (Menton)" operated by Interparking.

Julien and myself both come from Menton but we now live in Paris with Marin, our lovely four-year-old son. We hope you enjoy Maison Trenca as much as we do, as well as all the surrounding activities. Luciana and our families will welcome you, depending on their availability. Please feel free to contact us should you need any tips or information as we know Menton by heart.
