Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, lake front, a 1-bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 4 people.
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room leads, through a French door, to the stunning private terrace, provided with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners with a breathtaking view!
The apartment continues with the master bedroom provided with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
*The pool is available from 1st of June to 30th of September.
*Guests can easily park up to 2 cars in the private garage (measurements: 5x2.95m) and in the private parking space within the Residence.
*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.
*Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
