Wonderful and comfortable

I loved my stay here. The view is beautiful and the room was amazing looks better in person than in the photos. It was a very comfortable stay. The light switch is kinda funky you gotta make sure it’s off or it’ll turn back on lol. This room is on the top floor. There’s also a laundry room too. There’s a hammock as well. It was all a very secure stay. There’s warm water and a/c and Wi-Fi everything you need.

Great clean apartment

It was clean, well appointed and close to where I needed to be host was friendly and helpful Price was excellent. One small touch that was greatly appreciated. They had very good towels! I would book this rental again

Property Owner was very kind and very generous, my husband and I felt welcomed immediately.

We had an amazing stay at this rental, Not only was it very clean but it was very reasonable in price. We Recommend this property to all our friends and family as well as any time we are in Puerto Penasco, we will be staying here!! A nice small apartment within walking distance of the beach and the Calle 13 area (famous for it's bars, restaurants, and colorful nightlife). The host was also very pleasant and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable stay

The apartment was very clean and felt very safe. Rosa was very friendly, and allowed us to check in early. There is a security door in addition to a regular locked door, and also gated parking. Overall, for the price, it's a good value.

MUST READ BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE


First off, if you have any hesitation about booking this place, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED! Our family of 3 came in to town on an impromptu trip. I will start by saying that Rosy, the owner, is amazing. She is very personable, understanding and accommodating! The apartment itself is very nice, clean, well stocked, amazing views at night from the deck, has fenced in parking, 2 doors (I felt like this was more security), ice cold ac unit and a full size shower with awesome water pressure. The house is very close to all amenities including the beach, the stores, horseback riding, and anything else you really want to do. I felt like this place was just for use. It was everything we needed and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a reasonable priced place
 BOOK THIS PLACE NOW. We are so happy to have met Rosy and will be back to enjoy more of that people Rocky Point Sun! đŸ„°
