Vistas de Las Olas East: Private suite for couples to enjoy the ocean view!

Vistas de las Olas East is one of two suites available in this second-row-from-the-beach home with an absolutely beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Located in Las Conchas, it has a sister suite, Vistas de las Olas West, which is a mirror image. You may rent one or both of these suites. Each suite sleeps two guests.

INTERIOR: The suite is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and inviting. The floors feature traditional red Mexican tile, with detailed decorative tile work throughout. This spacious 600-square-foot suite feels like a one-bedroom apartment.

KITCHEN: The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. Please note there is no stove or blender. Cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and cleaning supplies are provided. A breakfast bar with seating allows you to enjoy meals comfortably.

LIVING AREA: The living area includes a couch and chair for relaxing, as well as a fireplace that is both gas and wood-burning (please bring your own firewood or fire logs). For entertainment, there is a Satellite TV with DVD/VCR, a stereo system with surround sound, and a collection of videos, CDs, books, and magazines.

BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a unique tiled headboard and matching end tables.

BATHROOM: The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and beautiful decorative tile details.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Adjacent to the suite is a large outdoor patio and sundeck. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning, propane BBQ, hibachi grill, outdoor shower, and easy access to the beach.

AMENITIES: Sheets and one set of towels per person are provided.

When we arrived in Rocky Point instruction said pick up key at office. Well, the directions they gave me belonged to a different address. We had to get another hotel for that night. Nevertheless, they have horrible communication. On top of that there was ants everywhere in the room, toilet kept getting clogged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The property is located in Las Conchas which means you have a gate security, nice beach access away from the resorts, and a close drive to the port/bars in town. Cons: location wasn't accurate on the VRBO map which was a slight annoyance to me. it was farther down Las Conchas beach. The units sink doesn't work and no stove. Overall it was a great stay and even with the Cons above I would come back

Awesome view and very close to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got in late, so it was a little tricky finding the right spot, but once we woke up in the morning and saw the view, it was all worth it. The space is clean and cozy, the porch is fantastic, and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Be aware that this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove/oven. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark! Overall we had a great experience. If it had a full kitchen, I would definitely book it again.

needs update on property and website

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was beautiful. However, there was no hot water until we reached out and Oceano came to fix that, even then there was warm water for about 5 minutes. There was no stove. The TV did not have cable only DVD or VHS. Oceano did come out with a TV and fire stick which was difficult to navigate. No extra blankets and no heat. I guess they had a grill, but we had to contact Oceano again, so we said forget the grill. Everything was very dated and not in good condition. No hair dryer. Owner did respond fairly quickly. No tennis courts as the description said.We do love Bryan's Sports Bar.

Los Conchas is a nice, relaxing, and lower key area.

Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall was really great 👍 Property managers were really nice and helpful to work with. Thank you Tony and Elizabeth.

Beautiful View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. We've stayed twice in this unit and would definitely do so again.

A bit confusing finding it down the dirt roads but once we did it was all good! Loved our ocean view and easy access to the beach. Porch is delightful to sit on all day as its shaded.
