Welcome to the chic modern villa.

The Villa offers breathtaking views of the bay and the ocean and many places to relax, making it one of our holiday villas most comfortable to St. Barts. Bamboo plants adorn the entrance to this one-level property, decorated in different shades of beige and white.



In terms of furniture, the living room is comfortably furnished and opens from both sides, making it light and airy. There is a bar with stools that separates the well-equipped kitchen from the indoor dining area which seats eight. All three bedrooms open onto the pool deck with ocean views. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a large bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large shower. Equipped with mosquito nets for a natural breeze. The master bedroom opens onto a private terrace with heated jacuzzi surrounded by lush greenery.

LIVING ROOM



Ocean view. Very comfortable and spacious with large sofas, decorated in white and beige, ceiling fan, high definition flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player, WIFI.

On the terrace with glass table for eight people. Indoor and outdoor dining area.



KITCHEN



Fully equipped with granite counter and breakfast bar, overlooking the pool and ocean. Blender, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, microwave, juicer, toaster, dishwasher.

Leading onto a private terrace with lounge chairs. King size bed, mosquito nets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screens, American satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.



BEDROOM 2



Located on the other side of the Villa in front of bedroom 1. King size bed, mosquito nets, sofa area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screens, American satellite TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Italian and double sink.

Next to bedroom 2. King size bed or two twin beds, mosquito nets, sofa area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screens, American satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.



POOL AND TERRACE



Large terrace with gazebo and lounge area, lounge chairs around the heated infinity pool. Access to the outdoor shower.
