External Description



Villa Barnaba is a wonderful Tuscan villa, located amongst the green hills of Mugello area, close to Borgo San Lorenzo, Scarperia, and the International Racing Circuit.

The property, whose access is guaranteed by two gates, is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. Inside the garden you will find: a furnished loggia with dining table for 20 people, a large brick barbecue, and a completely restored wood-burning oven, ideal for preparing tasty pizzas, surrounded by nature.

The outdoor areas are embellished by a beautiful pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.35 m), endowed with a solarium, a solar shower (with hot water), and a gazebo with tables and chairs.

Lastly, at guests' disposal a private parking, and a lovely vegetable garden.



Internal Description



Furnished in a typically country style, Villa Barnaba is spread over 2 floors, has several entrances, and can accommodate up to 17 people for a total of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with shower. Three extra beds can be added upon request at an extra cost. Two baby beds and two high chairs are also available (free of charge), to be requested in advance.

Internet Wifi is included. The villa is provided with air conditioning in all rooms (to be paid according to consumption). Pets are allowed at an extra cost (maximum 2 pets).



Ground floor: The ground floor houses a large kitchen, equipped with a double work and cooking surface (both in masonry and with a modern piece of furniture), dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, double door refrigerator, toaster, kettle, tv, and a separate pantry area.

The kitchen leads to a spacious dining room with a table for 16 people, a large fireplace, and direct access to the external loggia.

Following is a cozy living room with two sofas (one of which is convertible into a double bed) and satellite tv. This room is characterized by an ancient well, finely restored and secured, dating back to 1500.

The floor is completed by a service bathroom, and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (one of which is suitable for disabled people).



First floor: The upper floor (accessible by climbing some stairs from both the dining room and the living room) is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 5 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are divided as follows: two doubles, one triple (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), one triple (1 double bed + 1 extra single bed added on a comfortable mezzanine), one triple (1 French bed + 1 single bed).

Also on this floor you will find a laundry area.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (340.00€); electricity (0.50€/kW); heating from October to April (20.00€/day); pet on request (60.00€ per week per pet - maximum 2 pets); additional bed (250.00€/week). Tourist tax (2.00€/person per night from the age of 14, up to a maximum of 6 days, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
