• Spacious Barn (4100 sq ft) in Weald of Kent: Ideal for family holidays, groups of friends, and celebrations.

• Sleeps 15: 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 en suite). Additional rooms with sofa beds.

• Exclusive Indoor Heated Pool: For your private use, 10.5m long, heated to 29°C all year round, underfloor heating.

• Hot Tub & Outdoor Amenities: Log-burning hot tub, terrace with fire pit (we provide wood for both), large garden, lake with carp fishing, table tennis, and outdoor dining.

• Multiple Living Areas: Main reception with open fireplace, second reception with wood burner, 55" smart TV, Netflix (with an account we pay for, for YOUR use), and entertainment options.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Double oven, 5 gas hob, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, and all cooking essentials for 15 guests.

• Dining Room: Vaulted beamed room, can seat 15.

• Family-Friendly: Travel cot, high chair, toddler chairs, fold-up bed available.

• Ground Floor Accessibility: King-sized bedroom with en-suite, suitable for less mobile guests.

We had a lovely Christmas stay with our family, plenty of room nicely decorated for Christmas. The swimming pool was a bonus we all had great fun in the pool. A nice welcome food and drink basket..Would recommend

Girls weekend away!

Beautiful old barn with flexible accommodation and great living spaces. Pool and hot tub a real bonus. Owner very helpful. Wil definitely go back!

Excellent stay! Great countryside retreat with open wood burning fireplace, indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, lake, billiard I can go on and list many things to do. Equally big outdoor fields, nearby farms shops and plenty of forest walk around the corner. Hosts Nick and Lindsey are lovely and very accommodating.

Amazing stay!

Wow what a week, the house was perfect for our family get away from 1 years old to 72 years old. The pool, fishing in the pond, pool table, games, the just goes on! The communication before the week was excellent, and all the questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay

The property was nice and clean and as advertised. What made the experience very special for my wife and I was the interaction with the property owner Nick and his partner as well as his family. They were kind enough to arrange for us to have a chef cook for us all three nights of our stay which was wonderful. We walked into town each day and one of the days it was raining pretty good and Nick was kind enough to drive into town and pick us up and give us a ride home. It was excellent and truly kind.

Happy holiday in lovely barn

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely old barn with hot tub, pool, fire pit, table tennis, lake and comfortable seating both in and outdoors, comfy beds too - several of us slept better than they have for ages, so a win situation. Delightful, helpful owner and delightful area to stay in. Visited the windmills, local pubs/cafes, museum, church (up the Tower), Sissinghurst and a wonderful time had by all. Very relaxed now post holiday. Why I gave communication a 3 was because I couldn't easily get on the VRBO site when checking in. Otherwise a faultless and happy time.

Comfortable, immaculately clean barn in a beautiful part of the country.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the barn. It was clean and tidy throughout with pristine white bed linen and towels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped although the oven did seem to be short of a shelf. There was plenty of space for the ten of us in the barn and it was a treat to have such a large garden to relax in and watch the fish in the lake. There was plenty to occupy us at the barn with table tennis, pool table and games and such a luxury to have the swimming pool always available. We were also very taken with the area and found many places of interest to visit within a short drive including Sissinghurst Castle and Great Dixter gardens. We had a little difficulty finding the accommodation initially as there is no house name at the end of the drive, so we would recommend downloading the 'what3words' app. The hosts were very helpful and always available, so thanks Nick and Ollie for providing the accommodation for a memorable family holiday. You will probably be seeing us again!

Celebration at the Barn

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel the warmth and cosiness of the house. A lovely welcome pack was awaiting us, eggs, bread, biscuits, bananas and also a tub of sweets which we shared around the log fire in the evenings. The pool is great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in it. Kitchen is more than adequately supplied with a generous fridge freezer. We have very happy memories of our stay in the barn and can thoroughly recommend it.

A really lovely property for family to enjoy. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and lake.

Great greeting and welcome pack and the pool is amazing

We pulled up and the welcome was great, Nick saw us through the stay to see all was OK but the house does need some TLC. The road outside was busier than we expected and large lorries do travel past frequently. There was a wasp nest in one of the bedrooms that had been treated but they still came out of the wardrobe doors. The fishing was great but you do need to be aware that dogs are not secure as they can run out to the main road if they are not good off the lead as ours are not the best. We had loads of fun in the pool, hot tub, fishing and walking in the field.
