7 minute's walk from Silver Sands beach and 5 minutes drive to the world famous Oistins fish fry.
Excellent and easy transport links to the famous St. Lawrence Gap, with a host of nightlife and bars.
2 mini-marts nearby.
Modern kitchen boasts double convectional-oven and induction stove.
Full fridge/ freezer with a water dispenser.
