La Cour des Alpes is the perfect apartment for friends and families looking for a beautiful and convenient location in the village. This new-build is full of charm and could not be better placed to simultaneously enjoy village life and is only a short walk away from the Grand Massif Express Gondola.
This cosy home provides accommodation for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
The south facing Living / Dining area features glorious views across the valley and access straight onto the balcony outside – perfect for an après-ski drink with glorious snow-capped views of Samoens Les Saix. The dining area comfortably sits 6 people. The large sofa is a perfect place to lounge and relax those tired ski legs after a long day on the slopes.
There are three bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms (with king size beds) and 1 twin bedroom with zip and link mattresses (can be set up as 2 singles or as 1 super king)
Parking: There is a free, large public car park within short walking distance of the apartment.

La Cour des Alpes was purchased in 2021 by the current owners. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Samoens, with south facing views and an unbeatable placement for quick access to the ski slopes.

This modern apartment is finished to a high standard and situated close to the village centre. Rentals are managed via Mountain People and we work with the best local concierges and property managers to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
You'll be within close walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the all important Grand Massif Express ski lift (and rental stores). In summer, enjoy fun village activities, lake swimming, mountain biking and much more.
