South coast -Meon Valley Hampshire .
Our stunning newly refurbished sea view converted flat sleeps 4, one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The flat has one off pieces from local artists and has had many comments on the gorgeous decor. One minute walk from an all year round dog friendly beach on the Solent way with ten miles of great walks in both directions. Next to a dog friendly cafe and a ten min walk to a dog friendly pub. Hill Head is a locals favourite due to its secluded unspoilt nature. It has been voted the best beach in Hampshire , for walking and wild swimming. We have an enclosed yard/dog friendly garden space with a six foot high wall and gate and parking on the drive. Five mins walk from Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve with long walks and an abundance of birds and wildlife, 25mins drive to the Pepper Pig World and New Forest.

Amazing stay in a beautiful area

We absolutley loved our stay, we had everything we could have possibly needed in the home and it was all presented so beautifully. The location was increadible with so many lovely places to go and places to eat literally on the door step. Carey was a fantastic host, she provided us with every possible bit of information we could need. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay in quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in Fareham. It's on a quiet street, yet close enough to sights such as the Historic Dockyards in Portsmouth and even Arundel. The flat is lovely, very easy check-in and great communication with host. We had a take away meal from the Chinese restaurant right next door (the crispy beef in chili sauce was good) and the Clifton pub was just a 10 minute stroll away. Very relaxing!

I grew up in the area, and missed it so much in lockdown, when this flat came up we jumped at the chance to make it a perfect get away in this special place. Hill Head is magical, with the nature reserve one side and the sea and the solent way the other. We love to go down and watch the birds and take long walks on the year round dog friendly beach.

Why they chose this property

We worked hard to make the flat as luxurious as possible, the bed is exceedingly comfortable with a good john lewis sprung and memory foam mattress. The sofa is also very comfortable we didnt just get entry level furniture as we wanted everything to be really comfortable. We had a new kitchen put in which is fully equipped, we also had a new bathroom put in with a double walk in shower.

What makes this property unique

You can sit and watch the ever changing sea and sky, sometimes seeing the kite surfers from the window, and with the scope you can see the isle of wight plus watch the yachts in the solent from the living room. Its a one minute walk to the beach, which is dog friendly all the year round. Set on the solent way you can walk for miles in either direction, one way is towards the nature reserve and Warsash which is all countryside and in the other direction you can easily walk to Lee on Solent and Stokes Bay.
