It is on the second floor of a three storey building,has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two

single beds. There are two recently renovated shower rooms with walk in showers.The living room is spacious and

comfrotable with games and TV with 400 international channels, a well equipped open plan kitchen and a large terrace

with sun loungers and seating set.

The kitchen is complete with:

Great Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hair dryer, air conditioning and washing machine are many of the things that are

Includes bed linen and towels, and guests will be reminded at check in that under no circumstance can anything be

draped over the balcony to dry as it makes the community look untidy. With plenty of street parking,as well as the option for private parking too, there are ramps and elevators from the

parking area to the pathway that leads to the apartment so it is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Miraflores has a real choice of amenities, from the Tennis and Bowling clubs, to Miraflores Golf at the top of the resort,

as well as several excellent restaurants.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
