Casa Ulbia is a holiday home by the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the ionian coast of Salento. The holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, coffee machine, tv, washing machine,  mosquito nets and gratings. Pets are allowed.

holiday home is introduced by a small porch with view on the sea and
with outdoor dining area. The holiday home consists of a living room
with dining area and double sofa bed, corridor, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed. The porch at the back is accessible from the living room and it`s partly covered, with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom.

Ulbia is a basic yet cozy seafront holiday home, by the beach of San
Pietro in Bevagna, seaside location on the Ionian coast near Taranto,
characterized by soft sandy beach and clean blue sea. San Pietro in
Bevagna offers many tourist amenities and several beach establishments.
Some of the worth visiting seaside locations are the Chidro river mouth
and the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
