It’s a comfortable Apartment with everything you need. The best is the amazing view and the big balkony. The location is perfect. Everything you need is within two minutes footwalk.

Un bel appartement bien situé

C’est un bel appartement situé dans la partie calme de lloret au 6eme étage ( donc pas le brouat de la rue, juste le bruit des vagues). Cependant petit bemol pour l’isolation car 2 des chambres collées à la coursive intérieure entendent les voisins. Et une mauvaise odeur de canalisation dans l’une des 2 salles de bain que l’on retrouve dans le couloir de l’immeuble, il doit y avoir juste un problème de canalisation à régler. Sinon appartement très fonctionnel avec une bonne literie, bien équipé et bien situé pour tout faire à pied. ( prevoir 25€ de parking par jour si vous venez en voiture)
