Our House Avenue Guest and Charm are ideally located at the bottom of the Medieval City, on the main axis of Carcassonne city entrance, and five minutes from the city centre by foot.

The house built around a beautiful swimming pool is located in a charming park of hundred-year-old trees.

Everything has been thought out in every detail. You will find all the amenities and facilities you need to spend a comfortable, quiet and luxurious stay without being ostentatious.
With a design decoration, each of the rooms has a different and unique atmosphere and style, which will allow to experience a unique and exclusive stay.

We have also designed the pool, the outdoors as well as the breakfast room, with the desire to please our guests at any moment.
The access to the pool is unlimited.

In the garden, we have created an intimate environment, where you can enjoy a tea while contemplating the medieval city. Laying in a hammock under the shades of the trees listening to the fountain, or enjoying the music while relaxing on the sunbaths around the pool.

We have two indoors garages with normal plugs for recharging electric vehicles.
Nearby you have plenty of free parking spaces available 24 hours a day (all along the Avenue Du Général Leclerc where House Avenue is located)
