Felt more like a rundown hostal

AVOID unless it's very cheap and you are ready to sacrifice some of your comfort. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY. I wish I could upload photos with this review (see below for full details) Pluses: Great location in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Elevator in the building (it was broken for half of our stay, but that's not the hosts issue) So-So: Check in is electronic, when my friends arrived at night to check-in, they had trouble opening the lock of the apartment through the provided web link and office of the agency was closed until next morning. Minuses: Apartment is not very spacious at all. Pictures in the listing make it look way bigger than in real life. Bathrooms are small, not even a hook to put your towel on. There was mold on the walls in at least one of the bedrooms. Laminate flooring is very cheap and sliding all over the place. Door knob in one of the bedrooms is falling out. Balcony door locks are broken. Low water pressure and insufficient water heater - you end up taking alternating hot/cold shower.

Un point de chute presque idéal dans un quartier très vivant

La procédure d arrivée et de départ du logement est idéale pour avoir l esprit tranquille. Par contre la literie d une des chambres double est désastreuse, l état du parquet deformé sur les bords à plusieurs endroits, surtout dans le couloir, est presque dangereux (à certains endroits les lattes ne sont pas fixées), l une des 2 douches ne ferme pas et manque de pression d eau et il est impossible d avoir de l eau chaude aux 2 douches en même temps. L une des portes fenêtres du séjour ne ferme pas. Et le contrôle permanent du niveau de bruit dans le logement est un peu pénible. Sinon le quartier est très vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité. La proximité de stations de vélos de location est un plus pour découvrir la ville.
