You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The spacious living room features a comfy sofabed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting.

This kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The famous Livraria Lello, with its stunning art nouveau architecture and an extensive collection of books, is just a stone's throw away. For a beautiful outdoor experience, head to the tranquil Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, which offers breathtaking views of the Douro River. Music lovers will appreciate the Casa da Música, a modern concert hall with a unique design. And no visit to Porto is complete without a visit to the iconic Torre dos Clérigos, the city's most recognizable landmark.

It is a conveniently located property in Porto, Portugal, just a 13-minute walk away from the Carolina Michaelis station. For those looking to explore the city, the Casa da Música station is also within close proximity, just 1.2 km away.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
