This Renovated duplex is the perfect place to stay, whether your visiting family in Western NY or just visiting to enjoy all of the beauty of our great state. We are approximately 30 minutes from Holiday Valley for some great skiiing, we are just off the snowmobile trail for some great snowmobiling and the ATV and SXS trails are popping up all around us.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 while enjoying the comfort of a spacious place to call your own while visiting.
Modern appliances, washer and dryer and central AC to keep you cool in the hot summer months.

This is second time staying here. The house is always perfectly clean and well decorated. We stayed over Christmas and they had a small Christmas tree set up for us. She has really great details all over the house that makes this place so enjoyable to stay at. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in WNY

The place is very clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive. The apartment made for a great home base to explore Western New York. Especially enjoyed the back patio and looking out over the open space beyond.

Awesome duplex!

Beautiful duplex in a beautiful area. Big backyard. Kitchen had everything you need. Owner is very helpful and nice! My kids absolutely loved staying here! Will stay again in the future when we come back to visit family.

Really nice

This is really nice very cozy felt like home. Very well decorated it had everything we needed and so much more. We are visiting from Texas and I will say when we come back I’ll be booking this again.

We stayed here after a trip to Holiday Valley, it’s a close enough drive to make it well worth the stay. Michelle has an updated modern comfortable feel with this property. Everything was extremely clean, we would definitely stay here on future trips.

Peaceful and quite location.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The unit is newer, clean and well appointed. The owners are thoughtful and caring. My wife and I enjoyed sipping our coffee while sitting on the covered rear porch watching deer off in the distance. Will will rent this one again next time we are in the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely duplex. It was beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and the home-made cookies on arrival were delicious! It is conveniently located to explore Western NY State, about an hour's drive from Niagara Falls, and within easy driving distance of many great hikes and other attractions. Highly recommended!

Very nice rental!

Great rental! Meticulously clean and updated! The drive to Holiday Valley was a little long. 35-40 minutes, but we knew it was going to be a bit of a drive. Lovely rental and would recommend very highly to friends.

Amazing!

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway - it had everything needed for a longer stay also! The check-in and check-out process was simple. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Little things such as travel size shampoo and body wash were such a nice, thoughtful touch. Everything was very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My real job is operating a Powersports store for the past 32 years. I also own, and my daughers operate a wedding venue very nearby The Hidden Gem. The need for overnight accomadations in the area was tremendous, so this is where this journey of owning and operating a beautiful and modern rental began, and the story will continue with another rental coming soon...

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is amazing and I can personally vouch for it.
I raised my 3 children across the road from the Hidden Gem for 22 years before moving just up the road about 3 miles. The neighbors were all friendly then and continue to be today. The town park is right up the road and offers something for everyone. The town pool is available for out of town guests for a small fee and you may even catch a ball game going on during the weekend, or head to the park for run or workout on there new Fitness Court.
I hope you love this town as much as I do!!

What makes this property unique

The Hidden Gem is in a home town rural setting but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city. We are about 45 minutes to Buffalo, 1 hour to Niagara Falls, 25 minutes to East Aurora and 25 minutes to Ellicottville and 25 minutes to the Buffalo Bills Stadium. GO BILLS!!
When arriving back home to the Hidden Gem after a busy day playing, skiing or site seeing you can experinece the calm of the evening and very often see deer grazing in the back yard.
