There is no other option if you have the opportunity for a stay in the Syntagma square. Deep in the very central Athens the apartment will give you the quality you are looking for, for every minute of your stay.

The house was repainted a bright white color, a 65 inch satellite TV was added, a large mirror was added to the bathroom, the entrance to the building was fixed and it looks brand new.



The apartment is located on 1st floor of a building. It is fully furnished, modern decorated and fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms with queen size double beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable, moreover, the place is fully air conditioned.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverns, a pharmacy, banks and public transport. 



Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, and walk everywhere. - Syntagma - Plaka - Acropolis - Monastiraki - Kolonaki - Acropolis Museum - Platia Karitsi Bar neighborhood - Ermou Shopping Street They are ALL within walking distance, from 1 MINUTE away to a maximum of 15 minutes. The safest area of Athens, in a lively neighborhood with everything open 24/7. Walk less than a minute and get the metro, taxi or bus!

This property’s location was ideal for our day tours and for exploring Athens, with major attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was consistently prompt and accommodating. The host arranged our airport transfers, and the driver was both knowledgeable and courteous.

Great location, easy walk to Syntagma square, Monastiraki and Akropolis metro stations. Tons of delicious restaurants all around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with their own split AC unit so each room can be set to their desired temperature. Wish the bathrooms were a tiny bit larger and the washer was a washer/dryer combo, but those are nitpicks. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, great location

This apartment fit two families of four quite comfortably. It’s in a great location, which saved us money from not having to rent a car. We stayed 3 nights and walked to all the places we wanted to see. It was also very clean. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood.

Big flat, plenty of room for our family of 5.In the heart of Plaka so easy walking to most attractions you might want to see, but also means a bit noisy on a weekend night.Basic kitchen, average bathrooms. Worked fine for us for a 3 night stay

Perfect location

We stayed here as a family (9 of us) for the marathon and it worked perfect! You couldn't have a better location for shopping, walking to the acropolis and other sites, near the start and finish of the race, and close to metro.

Fabulous host and a perfect location

George and his team are the best! Incredibly responsive and helped arrange all of our transports which was a huge help!! Terrific communication! The location is just 15 minutes from Acropolis and 5-10 minutes from anything else. Perfect for our family of 6 — adults and teens. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We had so much room and plenty of privacy when needed. The location was wonderful! 15 minute walk to the Acropolis, 5 min to the Metro. Monastiraki was 5 min walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Spacious, but needs improvements

First, the good: plenty of sleeping and living space and the manager responded right away. Now, the bad: beds were very hard, key was tricky to get out of the locks, only one key provided, one of the showers has only a hand wand with no where to hang it.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we strongly disagree with several points in your review. The beds are in excellent condition — perhaps the mattress felt firm to you personally, but that’s a matter of preference, not quality. We have nothing further to add on that. As for the locks and key system, we’ve hosted hundreds of guests and consistently receive positive comments about the smooth check-in process. We provide one key for security reasons, as clearly stated in the listing.

We were only in Athens for 1 & 1/2 days and the location was perfect. The home was lovely. The assistance with airport transfers went very smoothly. A wonderful stay! Highly recommended

Overall the place is great. Fantastic location with plenty of restaurants in the area, along with shopping. The larger shower was a bit odd in that the shower head could not be mounted and needed to held by hand.

Great location with lots space for 5 friends. More keys would be useful for people heading out in different directions. Preferred softer pillows. Plaka is lively at night.

Great place to stay in Athens

The location of this apartment is very good - just minutes away from all the main attractions of the city. This apartment is also large with 4 rooms and enough beds for 9 persons. The beds are also quite comfortable. It's on the 1st floor and there is a small lift in the building. While the rest of the apartment is quite large, the kitchen is a little small. Below the apartment are several restaurants and the noise can come up to the rooms - more soundproofing would be good.

Fantastic Location

The location is perfect, not only for walking to important sites, shopping and eating, but also access to transportation to things farther away. There is good sleeping space but the kitchen is very small which is fine for us as we ate out alot and there is not much space for dining in if you fill the bedrooms. Unfortunately the elevator was not working when we arrived so had to carry lots of luggage up the stairs, but our host kindly helped us! They also arranged our trip from the airport, which was wonderful. Since it's a management company it was a little confusing who to talk to about any issues but it all worked out.

Athens sights

We had problems with check in. They wanted the card originally on file but it had been compromised and a new one was used for the payment which I had messaged both the owner and vrbo about. I actually talked to vrbo and had them change the card on file and proceed with the final payment a few days before it was due. The owner George was informed of this and said it was all hood. When we arrived his manager kept insisting on gaving the original card even though it no longer existed. We had proof that the replacement card was used for payment with a bank statement and messages with the owner. It was a mess. We had travelled fir about 24 hours and were exhausted. Finally the owner had us sign 2 forms with the both cards. The next day I received an automated message from the owner asking if all went well with checking in. We had spoken to him personally the night before and he knew it hadn't. The only other message I received asked me to give him a 5 star review even though he was supposed to get back to me after checking with the bank when it opened. That said the apartment was exactly as descibed. The location was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay there and were able to see all the sights you can in 1 day. Thanks Kathy

Zentrale Wohnung mit ein paar Schwächen

Positiv: die Lage der Wohnung. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten sehr gut. 2 Zimmer haben sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Für Leute die Nachts Ruhe suchen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da es in dem Viertel bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut ist, aber das ist der Lage im Zentrum geschuldet und nur als Info und nicht als Kritik gedacht. Negativ: die Küchenausstattung. Es gab für uns 7 Personen insgesamt 5 alte zusammengewürfelte Messer. Tassen waren auch nur spärlich vorhanden und 7 Gläser ist auch zu wenig. Hier besteht absoluter Handlungsbedarf. Wir sind erstmal Spühllappen und Küchenrollen kaufen gegangen, da auch dies nicht vorhanden war. Geschirr und Küche ist in diesem Preislevel nicht akzeptabel. Der Esstisch ist für 7 Personen viel zu klein und in der Wohnung können ja 9 Personen schlafen, daher auch hierfür 0 Sterne Desweiteren war eine Klohbrille locker.

Dear Vera you are very right. I found out for myself that many knives and glasses were missing and this will have to do with the previous guests. I apologize for that and rest assured that I immediately provided myself with the necessary supplies. The table is my next move. But the fact that there was traffic is not my responsibility, the house is in the center of the city and it is not possible to have perfect silence.
