Our villa has undergone a complete refurbishment, internally in 2022 and all external terraces and pool replaced early 2023. The villa is located below the village of Karaagac in a peaceful, residential cul-de-sac, offering an ideal location for a relaxing break in the sun

The villa boasts stunning views of the North Cyprus coastline to the front, and the Kyrenia mountain range behind. The position above the seafront provides a much welcome breeze during the summer months!

We are conveniently located a short drive from Esentepe and its various amenities, and have a number of independent restaurants and bars within close proximity (taxi transfers are available if booked in advance). Car hire is essential for your stay as the villa is up a steep mountain road, with the nearest supermarket being a few minutes drive away. Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway

The fabulous Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is just down the road, as are a number of sandy beaches and beach clubs; the main town of Girne is a 30-40 minute drive

The airport taxi transfer takes approximately 40 minutes from Ercan, and 70-90 minutes from Larnaca

The villa comprises of:

Master bedroom occupying the top floor with Super Kingsize bed and sofabed
Bedroom 2 ground floor with Kingsize bed
Bedroom 3 ground floor twin room with 2 x Small Double beds (Larger than UK single by 30cms)
Large wardrobe / storage space in each bedroom
2 bathrooms with shower
Modern, fully equipped kitchen, with Bosch appliances - including a large fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and water dispenser
Air conditioning throughout
Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board
6 seat indoor dining table
Communal area with TV which can be used to access internet channels via Andorid Box and Media PC
Fastest Wifi internet service available on the island
Set of Golf Clubs if you fancy a round

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in and around the swimming pool and on the terraces.

Bookings not accepted for children under 8; group bookings are at owner's discretion and all group members must be over 25. When requesting to book please provide ages and relationship of guests to speed up the process

I cannot recommend this villa or owner enough. My best stay so far and been coming for years.The house has been fully renovated, it’s exceptionally clean, well stocked with all we needed to cook and bbq. Serene, beautiful views, close to a great supermarket. The pool is perfect and outdoor seating and dining areas. The sunset is beautiful. Pretty gardens and great view from the upstairs master bedroom.Wonderful stay. See you next year!

Incredible Stay

We had an amazing stay at Del’s Villa. The house was exactly as advertised plus more. In addition it was an absolute pleasure to communicate with Del! Our holiday went far to quickly and we are very much hoping to return soon.

This was our first time staying at Del’s and it certainly won’t be our last. We are long term visitors to Northern Cyprus and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Location is good with exceptional views. The villa itself is well maintained with a high end finish and has absolutely everything you need. Neighbours are super friendly but not intrusive.We ended up eating in most nights as the sunset was stunning and the BBQ meant we could just chill and enjoy which was what we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and we will be rebooking!

Amazing villa

Del is the perfect host. Communication before, during and after our stay was exemplary. The villa is high quality and had been recently renovated with no expense spared on fixtures and fittings. Everything needed was available. The location is excellent and the pool offered a welcome break from the heat. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break.

Fantastic

We had an amazing holiday in North Cyprus and Del’s villa is gorgeous inside and outside, pool is great and beautiful views. Villa is extremely clean, modern, stylish and very home from home with everything you need. We visited many restaurants and really enjoyed them all. We highly recommended Del’s villa you won’t be disappointed. Del is also great host and will go above and beyond with any requests. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Fantastic villa, we have been visiting Cyprus both North and South for twenty five years and can honestly say this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. On arrival at the villa it was very clean, lovely furnishings and web site photos were exact, which isn’t always the case in Cyprus. The villa has a well equipped kitchen for cooking, should you want to. We had a really lovely relaxing two weeks spending a lot of time around the pool from where there is fantastic views. Del’s communication was brilliant, answering my questions before booking of which there were many and during our stay. He also organised our taxi from Larnaca airport and car hire. Would we stay here again, most definitely.

Super stay, amazing villa.

We had the most fabulous time. The outside area is so so spacious, with plenty of places to sunbathe or get in the shade. We had dinner most evenings using the charcoal BBQ and sat underneath “Bob” the tree eating whilst watching the sunset on the horizon. We have kids aged 16-21 and the WiFi was reliable to gain access to Netflix or Spotify and we all just chilled in the pool and played games. The Villa is really well equipped…there was nothing we wished we’d taken. It was everything and more. We swam with loggerhead and green turtles and if you get the chance to watch them during nesting season via SPOT, it’s worth doing! We’ll definitely be back.

STUNNING PROPERTY WITH STUNNING VIEWS

This Villa is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new and of the highest quality. Superb fitted kitchen, spacious dining area and a beautiful lounge area which are all open plan. 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, with plenty of storage and 2 bathrooms. There is air con throughout, which was a blessing with temperatures hitting 40+ degrees. The Villa is elevated so the views from the beautiful pool area and the covered terrace are fantastic. A lovely quiet location, ideal for plenty of rest and relaxation, but with plenty of lovely Restaurants within easy reach by car. We had a fantastic holiday. The owners were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

10 day break in October

The property exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, spotless and extremely well equipped, a real home from home. The views from the villa are stunning and location very quiet, enabling us to feel relaxed and comfortable straight away. The good sized pool kept our two children entertained for hours at a time despite being a bit fresh at this time of year! The hosts were so attentive and helpful when we needed them. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful private villa with incredible views ♥

We stayed for a week and loved every second. The villa has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. The whole place is beautiful; from the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area/kitchen, to the pool and terrace (complete with BBQ!) overlooking the gorgeous coast and Kyrenia mountain range. It's a lovely, quiet and relaxing location, but with plenty of locations to explore... There are local amenities nearby and all the way to Girne, and so much to do! We mixed it up between relaxing days in the (hot hot!) sun by the pool, and heading out for some of the coastal activities such as watching the turtle hatchlings be released at Alagadi beach, a turkish massage, an afternoon out to St Hilarion crusader castle, and snorkelling in the warm and glorious Med. As fans of all kinds of eating, the range and quality of places to choose from was a real treat - there's something to suit everyone's taste, from something more traditional and relaxed to a fancy evening dinner just below the floodlit Bellapais Abbey. We had a wonderful stay, and the owners were incredibly helpful throughout. We'd recommend this property thoroughly to anyone looking to spend a memorable time in Northern Cyrpus.

Wow, a stand out amazing villa! A great place to relax and watch the sunset

The villa has been renovated to a very high standard; its immaculate. The villa is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. All kitchen gadget items are available, a home from home experience. The private pool is a good size to swim and have splash fun too. There's plenty of outside furniture for lounging and seating. Plus plenty of shaded areas for super hot days. A great vista from which to see coastal sunsets. I'd definitelly recommend and would repeat visit, the location is great to explore the Northern Cyprus coast.

Stunning villa in an amazing location

We stayed there for a week and can’t wait to go back! The villa is situated on a hill, which gives it amazing sea views and mountain views. We felt incredibly lucky being able to enjoy such amazing landscape with all its wildlife from the terrace. Being up on a hill means there’s always a fresh breeze to keep you cool on really hot days. The villa is absolutely stunning: it’s spacious, bright, modern, well equipped, clean and just like a home away from home with everything you might need and more. The beds are comfy, the showers powerful. We loved relaxing in the covered outdoor area to avoid the blazing hot sun, or cooling by the pool which was super clean. The owners were very friendly and replied to messages promptly. There are a couple of shops nearby and Girne is only 45 min away. We highly recommend the property and will definitely be back again soon.
