Why Craig Stevens chose Waikiki
Location, location, location. This is the only private owned condo building on the beach in Waikiki. It borders the green spaces of Fort DeRussy Park making for picturesque views and a much quieter location than central Waikiki, yet a 2 minutes walk from some of the finest restaurants and shopping. This area of Waikiki has seen more investment than any other over the past decade.
What makes this condo unique
This particular condo's position is the best of any studio in the building. "1404" has the largest studio floor plan, highest, closest to beach unit and best floor layout. It's views are unparalleled, both to the west and also east to the iconic Diamond Head crater (other studios easterly views below the 11th floor are blocked by the adjacent building). The condo has been fully renovated since 2017 and benefits from high quality furniture. Meanwhile, there are less than a handful of Waikiki Shore studios that enjoy high-end new lanai windows. This is one of them!
