Idéal pour les couples, les petites familles ou les voyageurs qui traversent. Notre appartement est le bungalow plage parfaite. À distance de marche de la plage, au centre-ville de Carlsbad, et bien plus encore. Cette nouvelle résidence BRAND reflète une vue sur la lagune et l'océan, une cuisine complète et une buanderie. L'appartement peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre des maîtres et un canapé-lit dans la salle familiale. La maison dispose d'une télévision par satellite avec DVD et WIFI. Deux croiseurs de plage sont disponibles pour votre plaisir (Remarque: profitez-en à vos risques et périls).

Situé dans le nord de Carlsbad, nous sommes à 5 minutes de Legoland, à 30 minutes du centre-ville de San Diego et à moins d'une heure de Disneyland et de Knotts Berry Farm. Hollywood, Universal Studios et de nombreuses autres attractions du sud de la Californie se trouvent à une distance de conduite rapprochée. Notre maison est très centralisée. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités sont bien accessibles à pied ou à courte distance en voiture. Le terminal de bus et de train est également accessible à pied.

We love this place! This was our second trip to this property. It is in a convenient location. Close to Carlsbad village, the Amtrak station, anything you would need. Also close to beach access. We love the kitchen and laundry makes it a lot easier to travel with a kid! We hope to go back soon!

Perfect for our family vacation

This property was close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. It was big enough room to fit our family of four, very clean and had everything we needed. Joel was very accommodating and helpful if we needed anything.

Great stay!

We loved this place! It is close to everything you need. It is perfect for a couple and a kid or 2. The laundry was very handy (we were there for 9 days). It is close to Carlsbad village, the coaster station and the beach. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Great for a holiday stay

We had a wonderful time despite rainy weather. Even cooked and enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner. Joel was very helpful. The freeway noise took some getting used to, but overall a great stay in a convenient location close to the beach!

Modern Apartment in Convenient Location

We traveled to Carlsbad for a family reunion. This brand new unit was perfect for us. It was close to downtown Carlsbad and the 5, which made it easy for us to meet up with relatives. It was also a great size to take some downtime between visits. We would stay here again.

Very nice unit. New and fresh. Owner on site and very helpful. Offer only one consideration that being location so close to Interstate. Carlsbad is a great beach town to visit.

Perfect for small family!

This was perfect for our small family. It is small, but loved having a bedroom with a door for a napping toddler vs hotel rooms. Washer & Dryer in the unit was also nice with small kids and sand covered clothes each day. Short drive to the beach, shopping, and food. Joel & Heather were very responsive to any questions and concerns. It was the perfect spot for us!

The place is wonderful. Higher end appliances. It was great for our needs. The traffic noise is audiable especially at night because you are adjacent to the freeway. The hosts kindly provide ear plugs which we did not need. As I told my husband… just tell yourself the noise is waves at the beach. You are conveniently located with easy access to amenities.

Didn’t stay.

Misleading listing. Showed up and it would not accommodate my family. Left after 15 minutes and never came back. It’s meant for two people, max. Maybe a third of you have a single small child, but four is unrealistic by far.

Met our needs

I was looking for something other than a hotel because I wanted a kitchen and a bit more room. I knew the unit had no outdoor space which I usually prefer but when the listing showed the amazing view, I chose this unit based on that. It was disappointing to discover that there was no view. The listing needs to be updated. Other than that, this unit served the purpose of a place to stay for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen and bath were modern, and Joel was a communicative host. There is freeway noise from I-5, but there are small portable fans and a sound machine available, and Joel supplied earplugs which completely deadened any unwanted noise. When the unit next to this one is completed, I would consider staying in that one. It has an outdoor deck with an amazing view!

Great little rental

Small place, perfect for couples or party of 4 max. Very easy to get to, close to the village. I enjoy using the bikes they provide, short 10 minute bike ride to the train station and the beach. I will stay here again!

Great location for beaches and San Diego

We had a wonderful time staying here. Awesome location to explore San Diego (USS Midway and Seal Boat tours were great). And it was very close to excellent beaches (surf lessons were great) where we spent the majority of our time and for walking around Carlsbad which is a great town with lots of places to eat and little shops. And very nice walking trails along and above the beach. Upstairs apartment was very nice and clean with views of the lagoon and ocean from bedroom. A couple of camp chairs and a boogie board were there which we used at the beach, very nice of them to include those. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here again.

A Carlsbad Jem

We loved our 9 night stay. The condo is adorable and the location could not be better — close to freeway access, shopping, downtown, ocean, and probably much more. Note to self for next time: don’t drive to San Diego - take the train instead. Great service and only $6.50 (sr) for round trip. We will be back👍.

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay here! The location was super convenient, fast highway access, close to the beach and Legoland. The unit was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. There was a bit of noise from the highway, but I brought my sound machine with me and it covered up the highway noise at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

Perfect place...close to everything! Bring coffee & creamer. It is close to highway 5.! Everything was good & wood stay here again. TV was an issue but the owner was quick to help us!
