The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming space complete with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ideal for additional guests. From the living area, direct access leads to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and each room benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, creating a fluid and sociable layout suited to both relaxed meals and entertaining. A roofed terrace of 35 m2 and an additional open terrace of 35 m2 extend the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for your enjoyment.
