Independent residence sleeps 6+1.
On the ground floor living room with kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, satellite TV and decoder, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with armchair bed, one twin bedded room, a bathroom with shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
