The apartment for 7 guests is 30 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo and is on the ground floor of a complex of holiday homes in the centre of the lively seaside location near Porto Cesareo.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower, parking. Pets are allowed.

The
apartment is introduced by a small porch with gate. On the porch there
are the stairs leading to the upper floor, where there are the two other
holiday homes which are independent.
The holiday home is
furnished with basic but modern elements, it`s cozy and functional to a
holiday by the sea with family. It opens into the living room with double sofa bed and flat screen tv, dining area and open kitchen with induction hob.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, accessible from one of the two double bedrooms. Moreover, there is a full bathroom and a laundry area. At the back there is a spacious yard with parking, outdoor dining area, sofas and barbecue.

The
apartment is on a central street in Torre Lapillo, near every service,
shop and restaurant. Everything is within walking distance. The
beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear sea is visible from the
apartment and within walking distance.
Torre Lapillo is one of the
most loved seaside locations on the Ionian coast, near Porto Cesareo,
known for its clea and crystal clear sea, suitable for children and
elders, but also for swimming lovers.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
