New modern villa that can accommodate up to 7 guests, offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
Indoor area spreads over100 square meters and consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms each with double bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, cosy living room with convertible sofa for one additional guest, fully equipped kitchen connected with dining room. Guests have at their disposal a storage room with washing machine and drier. The living room is connected with outside covered terrace great for dining out and enjoying the peaceful green surrounding.
The outdoor area offers you aprivate garden with BBQ, a Jacuzzi, and a pool with sunbeds. There is also a trampoline for kids and a volleyball court. Private parking for two cars is in front of the house. The location of the villa offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the city noise since the house is surrounded by nature.

The Villa Pendolina is located in the peacfull village Buroli. The location of the villa is perfect if you are looking for a peacfull vacation but still wish to do some sightseeing and visit many of the beautifull beaches nearby.
Thecity Buje, known for its Historical Part and the San Servolo Beer is only 6 kilometers away.The tourist destinations Umag and Novigrad are also close. The nearest beach Lovrecica is only 6 kilometers away and the Camping Resort Kamp Umag is reachable in a 10 minute drive from the villa. Wir haben extra dieses Haus gebucht, um ein wenig Ruhe und Platz für uns zu haben, ohne jemanden möglicherweise zu stören. Es war sehr schön gelegen und super für uns. Zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit und es gibt tolle Fahrradstrecken in der Gegend. Super saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Kommen gerne wieder :)

Major-league holiday!

The listing on Air BnB shows the place on the edge of Buge, a nice little town with coffee bars, a couple of decent restaurants, and grocery stores. The villa is actually six miles away in Buroli, which has NO businesses of any kind, and is quite isolated. This was a major hassle. Not sure whose fault this is, but it needs to be fixed. The villa itself nice. All the appliances are new, but we couldn’t make most of them work. The owners are a very nice young couple who live nearby, but they provide no written instructions on anything whatsoever. Not ideal. The listing says there is a Jacuzzi. That is a considerable exaggeration; there is an inflated tub with an external heater that takes 24 hours to warm up, no jets, just bubbles, certainly not made by Jacuzzi! Pool looks great, but our November visit was too cold for that. The place is extremely private, so nude swimming would be okay. Kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with oils, vinegars, basic spices, and two bottles water.
