The bedrooms...
... were recently renovated with a color concept in which the colors grey, black and gold dominate. In the bedrooms there are queensize double beds.

And if there are more people, there is a sofa bed in the living room. You have a lot of space, built-in wardrobes, writing desks with chairs and matching decorations everywhere.

The living and dining area ...
... invites you to have a cozy meal, if desired to use the table as a workplace for laptops or to watch a film on Netflix (included for free). Make yourself comfortable on the beautiful sofa! The area is flooded with light all day through the large balcony doors.

The kitchen...
... offers you everything you need to cook or warm up your food! Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are available as well as can openers, corkscrews and sharp knives. You are invited to drink one of the available sorts of tea. A microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine complete the fully equipped kitchen.

The balcony...
... is my personal favorite place, I love it! The swing chair is ideal for sunbathing or watching the ships and boats in the harbour. There is no better view on the harbour in the whole town! Also there is a big sitting area with table and chairs for a lovely meal outside.

Finally I would like to ask you for one thing. Since there are neighbors in the house with whom I get along well, please do not throw a party in the accommodation. It is generally allowed to listen to music during the day, etc. But please, for the sake of me and the neighbors, in the evening and especially at night, ensure an adequate night's sleep.
