The Sunrise Villa es una casa de vacaciones ideal para parejas y familias pequeñas y tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente en dos habitaciones con la capacidad de acomodar una más en la sala de estar. Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo en una urbanización cerrada con una piscina comunitaria con un gran jardín privado, ofrece lo mejor para salir. Está amueblado con buen gusto en estilo contemporáneo con muchas comodidades y ofrece excelentes oportunidades para unas vacaciones relajantes.

En la planta baja encontrará una moderna cocina totalmente equipada en color Burdeos y el comedor. El cómodo salón conduce al patio cubierto donde se puede cenar y relajarse tomando una copa con total privacidad. Un cuarto de lavado también se encuentra al lado del salón. Las habitaciones (una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales) y el baño están en el primer piso. Para su comodidad, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

Bien ubicado a dos minutos a pie de la playa y con fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas locales.


Playa Faros Blue Flag: la playa está a 2 minutos a pie de la villa y se llega por escaleras. Es una de las pocas playas de la isla que nunca se llena incluso en temporada alta debido a su longitud y amplitud. Las aguas son limpias y poco profundas y están protegidas de los vientos de los acantilados. En el verano hay socorristas de guardia. Se pueden alquilar deportes acuáticos, así como tumbonas y sombrillas. En el bar de la playa también se pueden tomar bebidas y aperitivos. Las comodidades en la playa incluyen duchas, vestuarios y baños. La playa es particularmente popular en las noches de verano, ya sea para una velada romántica bajo el cielo estrellado o para fiestas en la playa más vibrantes.

11 November days in Pervolia

We were completely satisfied with the villa and will definitely travel there again. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described, very clean and tidy and well equipped. We wanted for nothing. The residential complex is very beautiful and well maintained. The location of the residential complex near the sea is perfect. It is a quiet corner of Pervolia and without too much tourism. Our recommendation rate for this holiday home is 100%. We enjoyed our vacation a lot.

Fantastic stay

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a family. The location is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sea was wonderful and the beach was nice. There is a lovely traditional taverna called Enaila which we highly recommend and a restaurant called Theta which is fantastic. Great stay and will definitely be going back.

Nice holiday home near the sea

The house is well equiped with everything you will need during your stay. The area around is quiet and you have just a 2min walk to the sea with a wonderful beach. You need a car because the next bigger supermarkets are a few km away in Menou (and the other villages with shops and coffeeshops, bars, etc. are not in walking distance if you need to do your grocery shopping or like to go for a quick drink) Nikosia and Limassol are just 50 minutes away, Larnaca and the Airport about 10-15 minutes. Really enjoyed our stay! Stressless checkin and checkout, your host George is nice and available if needed. There was nothing to decry exept the cleanliness of a few kitchen objects when we arrived and the seat cushions for outdoor seats - but nothing you can't live with because it was cleaned in about 5 minutes. Thank you for a nice stay - we would like to come again! Sabine & Christoph

Sehr schönes Haus in kleiner Siedlung

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa.Bei Einrichtung und Ausstattung blieben keine Wünsche offen.Die Strandnähe zum Faros Beach war einfach ideal.Gaststätten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in und check out waren völlig problemlos. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Fantastic holiday home

Loved our week at George's house. The layout is fantastic and the air conditioning in every room was a good bonus. We loved the seating area at the rear of the garden, the communal swimming pool ( where we were normally the only bathers) and the location, near to Larnaca. The kitchen was well-equipped ( chopping board would be a good addition) and washing machine was a welcome bonus. George was helpful and friendly throughout the booking process. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Erholsamer, ruhiger Familienurlaub

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und haben in der Villa einen total erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben, es gab alles, was man so brauchen konnte - von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Toaster und vom Geschirrspüler bis zur Waschmaschine, ausreichend Handtücher, Bettzeug und sonstige Ausstattung. Internetverbindung war einwandfrei und auch die Klimaanlagen (in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoß) haben bestens funktioniert und das war bei den Temperaturen sehr wesentlich! Besonders haben wir die herrliche Terrasse in dem sehr gepflegten uneinsehbaren Garten genossen. Überhaupt haben wir die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Auch der nahe Flughafen war nicht wirklich störend. Der Pool war gepflegt und nach dem Strand am Abend hatten wir ihn praktisch für uns alleine. George unser Vermieter hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, uns sonst aber uns selbst überlassen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Als wir ihn gebraucht haben, war er jedoch zur Stelle, das war ganz großartig! Zum Strand waren es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein herrlicher Sandstrand, sehr weitläufig, mit etwas Seegras (je nach Witterung) aber grundsätzlich sehr sauber mit klarem Wasser. Es gibt ein paar kleine Strandbars, die jeweils auch Liegestühle vermieten. Man kann ganz allgemein nicht von Überfüllung des Strandes sprechen, außer am Sonntag (die Einheimischen wissen auch, wo es schön zu baden ist) war man praktisch alleine und das in der Hauptsaison. Wir haben einige Strände auf der Insel gesehen ( auch die "berühmten" bei Agia Napa) und ich muss sagen in deutschen Reiseführern wird Perivolia eindeutig zu wenig gewürdigt. Für uns war es jedenfalls ideal - auch als Ausgangspunkt für interessante Ausflüge. Und in nur zehn Minuten konnte man die Einsamkeit gegen das schon etwas lebhaftere Treiben in Larnaka eintauschen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus abseits der Touristenhochburgen

Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern) haben uns ganz wunderbar wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist stilsicher und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir frisches Obst und Wasser im Kühlschrank, der Strand ist gleich ums Eck und der Gemeinschaftspool war sauber und groß genug zum Schwimmen. Ein Mietwagen ist sicherlich sinnvoll, der nächste Supermarkt nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr lecker und frisch kann man übrigens in dem kleinen Restaurant am Leuchtturm essen!

Very nice stay at a lovely villa

A very nice villa to stay. We stayed there for 2 weeks from 1-15th of august. The villa has all the equipment you can wish for. (washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hair dryer, two toilets etc.) No surprises, everything was clean and we had a comfortable stay. The pool was not far from the villa and not crowded at all. It was also maintained regularly. The owner, George, is a very cool and helpful guy. He kept on answering my many emails. The beach is really close and an okay beach, good for kids because it's quite shallow. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids at the villa so we didn't have to buy our own. We didn't stay at the beach for too long because there isn't so much to do. We rented a car and visited different cities and other beaches. Aiya Napa - Paphos - Larnaca - Limassol. There is a Carrefour market nearby, 15 minutes of driving. There is also a local supermarket that is about 10 minutes of driving. We also wend to the Lidl. We can definitely recommend this villa!

Toller Urlaub

Der Urlaub in der Unterkunft war toll. Bei der Ankunft gg 19 Uhr stand ein kleines Essenspaket bereit. Dies ersparte uns die Supermarktsuche am ersten Abend! Babybett und Late Check-out waren vorher abgesprochen und eingehalten. Der Verwalter fragte, ob wir wir gut angekommen sind und besuchte uns nach den ersten Tagen, um zu fragen, ob alles ok ist und ob er uns Tipps geben kann. Appartment haben wir so wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Das Meer ist ca. 300m entfernt und ist besonders kindergeeignet, weil es flach ist. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte im Wohnbereich nicht (störte uns nicht). Der Pool ist kein Kinderpool und ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

Top Aufenthalt

Als wir ankamen, stand zur Begrüßung ein kleines Nahrungspaket bereit. Alle vorher getroffenen Absprachen wie Baby Bett und Late Check out wurden eingehalten. Das Apartment haben wir so vorgefunden wie es in der Beschreibung war. Der Strand ist (klein)kindergeeignet, weil er sehr flach ist. Der Swimming Pool ist kein Kinderpool. Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely villa at peaceful surroundings

The description of the villa and the photos matched perfectly - no surprises upon arrival, which was nice. The house is very well kept: it was clean, had sets of towels for everyone (even separate ones for the beach) and all the appliances (washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hair dryer etc.) our party of six needed functioned correctly. Pool was nice and not crowded at all like most family hotel pool nightmares. It was also maintained regularly. We were two families with two small kids, and the villa was perfectly fitted for us. It is a compact house without being cramped. The owner, George, is a very cool and helpful guy. He kept on answering my many emails. I asked him if there was a supermarket on the way from the airport to the villa, since we arrived rather late and needed to get the kids some supper right away at the house. But George promised to supply the fridge with whatever groceries we needed, and sure enough, we had bread, butter, fruit, etc. ready and waiting for us when we got there! Helped us a lot :) The beach is really close and an okay beach, good for kids because it's quite shallow. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids at the villa so we didn't have to buy our own. The villa is located a few kilometres off the town of Pervolia, which was a cute little place with some restaurants and smaller supermarkets. It was too far for us to walk with the kids, but probably walkable for adults. We didn't have a rent car even though George recommended we take one, which caused some problems at first. When we realised that practically all taxi service goes through one taxi driver/entrepreneur (also named George, phone number can be found in the comprehensive folder owner-George has put together), moving around got a lot easier. All in all we had a very successful holiday in Pervolia and we would definitely recommend this villa for families and anyone else appreciating some peace and quiet.

A relaxing and comfortable stay!

We stayed in George´s house for 16 days and we had a wonderful time. You find there everething you need for calm and comfortable holidays. The house is very clean and well equipped. The garden and the residential complex is in good order. The beach with crystal clear water is only about 300m away and in oktober not really frequented. We spend a lot of time on the nice terrace, the beach and the pool. Furthermore we took our car and visit the interesting Cyprus from the east to the west. Perivolia is centrally located so that is easy to reach all parts of the country. We enjoyed the time in Cyprus an especially in Georges´s house an we can highly recommend this destination.

Nice villa in a nice area

We were travelling with our 2 years old son, that's why we were looking for villa near the beach. With this house we found best place to stay. The house is not far from Larnaca, in the nice village Pervolia. In Dromolaxia near by is a good equiped supermarket. There are nice taverns in village were you get good Cyprus food for good price. We did many trips to the west and to the east which was quite easy by as the highway is easy to find. we visited a view different beaches between Limasoll and Ayia Napa, but we were most happy with the beach Faros Beach only 300m from the villa. Only a short walk made it even possible to go for midday sleep back to the villa. We enjoyed the lovely sand beach which was very quiete for the time of the year. The gently dipping sea was as well nice for our sun, he spent much more time in the water as we would have expected. The house is very good equiped, clean and Goerge was very helpful for any request we had. Even staff for our son was available which made the stay very charming for him. The central pool for the complex was not used by any other, unfortunately the sunbeds did not really invite to stay at the pool. If there is anything to claim it would be that. Finally we can summarize that we really loved the time in Cyprus and can really recommend this destination and especially this house. Thank you Goerge, we'd love to come back

Very nice and quiet villa!

We stayed in George house only few days in early January. George sent us all informations needed and had been very helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything, from kitchen gear to beach toys for kids. We appreciated the cot, the high chair and the baby gate that we found in the house as promised. The wireless connection works great at ground floor while has some problemas in the main room and had some down moments, but in general it is a good service. Being a little cold during the night we used the air conditioner to warm the rooms and in one of those after some hours it began to work less than normal, but the house was sufficiently hot. The garden is very large and very nice even we used it very few. The same for swimming pool, very nice and close to the house even not used. In January it is a totally quiet place, perfect for relaxing. There are few simple restaurants in the area, we choosed to go to Larnaca and Zigi where there is a better choice. Service provided from George is great and everything was very efficient and precise. Perfect for a family.

We stayed in this villa for 23 days, 2 adults with a child. This villa is perfectly location for exploring the area - beaches, restaurants and spa are within walking distance.  George was exceptionally helpful for all needs, including the information on the region and providing us with extra sunbeds.  Villa is new, nicely decorated, located in the pretty quiet residential complex. The wi-fi is good, beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped to a high standard. It was a pleasant surprise to find lots of beach stuff and toys for a child. I would highly recommend this villa for families with kids.

Our family did stay for 2 weeks in this very nice, new and well maintained villa. It is close to the beach and only 10 minutes from Larnaca. The airport is close, but the planes don't disturb. Everything was exactly as described on the website. Very well organised landlord. No problems whatsoever. If we go again to Cyprus, we want to stay in this villa.

I have stayed in Pervolia before, as I find it a quiet location near the sea but accessible to most places I need to get to by car. This is the first time I have stayed at Sunrise villa and I would return again. The property is in quiet gated premises with a pool but within walking distance to the sea. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout with a small but beautiful garden. My family and I enjoyed many meals on the patio in the evenings. George – thank you for being so hospitable and accommodating to our needs.

I live in Larnaka 15 minutes drive from the villa. I have studied Civil Engineering in Birmingham (UK) and I have been working in the construction industry since then. My wife and I enjoy swimming, scuba diving and walking our huskies. I am managing this property together with my son Andreas.
Andreas has studied Sound Engineering and Audio Production in Birmingham (UK) and is currently working as tutor and sound designer. His hobbies include making music, working out and cooking.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought this property from a developer at a time when I was employed there as the technical manager and I put my personal touch in the decoration of the villa. My family use it for our holidays and short breaks whenever is available. As both my wife and I enjoy swimming and scuba diving we find the location ideal.
