Apartment by the Beach in Dalmatia

This modern and comfortable apartment guarantees a wonderful holiday. The apartment is spacious and freshly furnished. On the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue you can enjoy a fantastic view over the bay. A lovely place for a delicious breakfast or dinner!

During the day you will be out and about a lot because you are on holiday in a very interesting environment. A smart pergola on the terrace is the perfect complement to spend more time outdoors. There is now a large electrically operated pergola of 16m2, ideal.

Enjoy this beautiful coast with its many islands and beautiful bays, only 150 m away you will find the first beaches. But there is more... The green, mountainous hinterland culminating in the Krka National Park (11 km). Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature during a walk, admire the beautiful waterfalls and maybe even take a dip in the refreshing water. But the historic cities of Sibenik (7 km), Zadar (80 km) and Split (86 km) are also recommended. Oh, and... don't forget Primosten (40 km) and Trogir (56 km). With such an interesting to-do list you almost forget that you are on vacation and you also need to relax!
The DVD player is Blu-Ray compatible.
There is no TV with channels, only a TV screen, so you can can stream.

De ruime indeling bood ons gezin de mogelijkheid om zich comfortabel te verspreiden, en we waren dol op het grote terras waar we elke ochtend ontbeten en genoten van het prachtige uitzicht over de baai. De locatie is perfect: op korte loopafstand van het strand en dicht bij charmante stadjes zoals Sibenik. We hebben ook genoten van het verkennen van Nationaal Park Krka.

Uitzicht zou heel mooi kunnen zijn tot zeer prachtig.’’ maar helaas werd het uitzicht belemmerd door de grote motorboot die geparkeerd stond voor het enige terras. Dus géén uitzicht. Huis was heel schoon echter basic ingericht ...niet cosy. Keukengerei was ondermaats: geen waterkoker, theepot, afwasrek enz. Geen buitenland om te lezen bij de tafel buiten op het terras. Niet dat wij voor luxe gaan op vakantie maar de basic dingen mogen er wel zijn. De familie Calata was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dit niet met hun gedeeld. Zij zijn niet de eigenaar. Als verhuurder kan je ook wel bedenken dat een boot parkeren voor een terras, met het enige uitzicht, geen empathie is naar de huurders. Erg jammer.

Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen door de lokale sleutelhouder, Engels sprekend legde hij alles goed uit. Ook bij vragen tijdens vakantie kun je bij hem terecht, bezit een Beach bar op 100 meter. Accommodatie is nieuw en alles ziet er erg netjes uit, van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig, met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer, aangezien de accommodatie halverwege een heuvel ligt. In het dorpje verderop enkele restaurants aanwezig. Ook genoeg supermarkten en bakkers in de omgeving. Rij je 10 minuten verder ben je in Sibenik waar alles te vinden en te halen is. Op 10 km liggen de Krka watervallen en je bent zo bij de kust waar je in de vele baaitjes heerlijk kunt afkoelen in het kraakheldere water. Ook in het binnenland ben je zo, al met al een erg goede locatie.

Ontvangst was goed geregeld met vriendelijke jongeman van bar op 100 meter afstand. Sleutel en toelichting was prima. Uitzicht is inderdaad mooi, maar jammer dat de bovenburen er waren met 10 personen en 2 auto's waardoor het uitzicht in een parkeerplaats veranderde. Ontbijten buiten is- zeker als er op dat moment 2 auto's vertrekken- niet echt leuk zo. Was dus niet zo als het leek op de foto's. Echt (kiezel)strand is wel een stukje rijden. Zonder auto is dit geen geschikte accommodatie. Winkels zijn allemaal minimaal 15 minuten verderop.
