Two pets are welcome free of charge, and heating is available at a nominal fee.

Ruimte zat, mooi zwembad ,huisje en tennisbaan. Oprijdlijn is een soort stoffig grind. Vond niet veel te doen in de omgeving echt wel even rijden. CV ketel leek heel oud en zag geen koolstofdioxide melder daar door sliep ik slecht en ook het bed was een de armoedige kant met van die spiralen die in je rug prikken.

Mooie locatie met redelijk groot zwembad en tennisbaan. Rustig gelegen maar toch dichtbij uitvalswegen, paar minuutjes rijden naar supermarkt en restaurantjes. Interieur huisje is wel heel oud, bedden superslecht, keuken al jaren aan vernieuwing toe, badkamer zeer klein. WiFi best ok op hele terrein.

Een leuk huis op een klein park, goed onderhouden met tennisbaan/zwembad die je vaak alleen voor jezelf hebt/overdekt gedeelte met voetbaltafel en pingpong tafel. We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad met op ongeveer 1 uur rijden naar Florence en 40 min rijden naar een outletcentrum. Supermarkten op 8 of 15 min. Het enigste wat tegen viel waren de matrassen en dat de vader van de eigenaresse elke ochtend wel weer ergens aan het maaien was op zijn tractor vaak al om 8.00 uur, dus uitslapen ging vaak niet.

We werden vriendelijk geholpen door een (matig) engels sprekende Italiaan. Prima uitleg van het huisje en de regels van het vakantiehuisje gekregen. Huisje was schoon en erg mooi authentiek ingericht. Keuken was goed uitgerust, alles was aanwezig. De ruimte om het huisje heen ( de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes) waren erg goed onderhouden. Mooi uitzicht over de heuvels. Voor je dagelijkse boodschappen kon je bij een supermarktketen in het dorpje goed terecht.

De eigenaresse stond ons op te wachten voor een hartelijk ontvangst en rondleiding door het huis. Het complex wordt gerund door een familie die je met alles willen helpen! Het complex ligt heerlijk rustig gelegen tegen een bos. Voldoende ruimte en rust en diverse bezienswaardigheden op rij-afstand. Wij vonden het een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding, een aanradertje dus.

Wir durften trotz Corona in die Toskana reisen und hier war unsere Unterkunft. Ein Häuschen, ganz für uns allein. Mit Swimmingpool und sonstigen Sportmöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick, die Ruhe und auch die Vermieterin, der Wahnsinn. Obwohl wir nur bedingt Englisch und ein paar Worte italienisch können, haben wir uns mit Hand und Fuß verständigen können. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden tatsächlich wieder genau dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir waren mit unserem eigenen Auto da und konnten alles was wir sehen wollten gut erreichen. Sogar in San Marino waren wir. Auch die Einfahrt zur Unterkunft war nicht so "stressig" (wegen der ewigen Serpentinen in Italien) sondern einfach nur entspannt. Schade das so ein Urlaub immer viel zu schnell vergeht 😔 Von uns nochmal herzliches Dankeschön dass wir -trotz Corona- hier sein durften.
