Bedrooms consist of 2 king-sizes (zip/link, can be twins on request) with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor double with a TV and an en-suite bathroom, a second-floor double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, a double with a TV, and a second-floor twin with a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with bathroom. On-street layby parking for two cars with further on-street parking. Enclosed front garden with patio, graveled area and furniture, as well as an enclosed rear courtyard. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but must stay in the kitchen. Smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for the open fire and woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note this property only accepts bookings with a minimum of 7 nights between 1st July 2026 and 4th September 2026 outside of this all bookings must be 3 nights minimum.

It is currently a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with attractive undulating hills and breathtaking views. The Swaledale Museum, which is located next to a number of businesses, tea houses, and restaurants, features both trades prominently. Spacious and comfortable house, ideal for a group or family reunion, in the heart of a pretty village, ideal to explore the dales. The house is a few steps from Reeth shops, facilities and great pubs.The host is very friendly, available and made us feel welcome with a hamper on arrival.We had a lovely time.
