Fantastic Holiday Property Near The Beach.

We have stayed at this property previously. It is in a great location close to the marina, beaches and all amenities. It feels safe and secure and we look forward to renting this property in the future. The property is a little bit dated and it could do with a lick of paint but that would not stop me from renting it again in the future.

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation

Beautiful semi-detached villa in Cabopino. Good location, safe & secure. Kids loved it too. Val at Rose Estates was always helpful and nothing was too much for her. The bathrooms are a little bit dated and the entire villa could do with a fresh paint to the interior.

We have been in this accommodation for a family holiday for three years in a row and we have never been disappointed. This year was no exception. The location is so convenient to Cocoa beach and the port with ex ceptionally high quality restaurants and bars. Marbella is twenty minutes away . We can't wait to come back! Family Anderson Nothing .

Wonderful location

I booked this house mainly due to its location which was perfect, a stone’s throw from Cocoa beach and the marina in beautiful Cabopino. Unfortunately the house is very tired, the photos make it look better than it is, really needs refurbishment. I was expecting it to be a bit tired as it was reasonably priced for the location but we had a few more issues than just decor. Didn’t let it spoil our holiday though as everything else was perfect.
