Wonderful holidays in Tuscany

My family enjoyed very much our vacation at Pakravan-Papi estate in a beautiful apartment having an amazing view to the sea side over the hills above Cecina and an impressive infinity pool. Authentic Tuscan cuisine can be enjoyed in a restaurant 500m from the wine yard.

Alles passt! .... die ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht, die sehr schöne Wohnung, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und das Winetasting, der traumhafte Pool (inclusive Spielsachen für Kinder). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great location, welcoming hosts, brilliant apartment

We were welcomed with a semi-stocked kitchen which really helped traveling with two little ones. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The offer of a free wine tour (including tasting) was a really nice touch too, Giacomo really knew his stuff! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable. What was best about this place was the open permission to use their facilities; bikes ready to ride and tennis courts ready to play (all free, just sign them out), BBQ area and various outdoor eating areas for all to use. My only criticism is the children's play area, it looked a little tired and lacked appropriate shading for little ones to play freely... but to be honest, our children were too busy having fun to be bothered about this! The pool area is fantastic, it's clean and is a good size. You could easily pass an afternoon chilling by the water with a good book! Via a dirt track (which is bumpy in places) you can access the local amenities within 15 minutes. Many major tourist attractions are about 1/1.5 hours drive away. I would recommend a tree climbing centre 'Il Giardino Sospeso' at the bottom of the hill (and of the dirt track) it is cheap and our 2 and 5 year old LOVED it. It caters for teens and adults too! I would recommend Pakravan-Papi to families, coulples, it is very much suitable for all!

Amazing wiew! Great winery & great place to relax, be happy & peacefull. You dont need anything else

The view is amazing and the host greeted us with a nice welcome gift with wine & oliveoil from the winery along with some groceries so we could just relax and feel the peace. A really warm welcome. We had a great relaxing stay, playing tennis in the morning and just relaxing by the pool reading books by day. The kids loved the pool because it was so huge. We hardly never went to explore the cities around because it was so peaceful just to be on the wineyard. Just relaxing looking at the view. Such a nice wineyard, the wines are great and we went on a tour/winetasting tasting & buying wine. Adorable good. I think we bought too little We would recomend this place to all our friends and I’m sure we Will return many times. Thank you Chiara and the Pakravan Papi winery Kindest /linda & family

Entspannter Urlaub im Hinterland von Cecina

Exzellent ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es war wirklich alles vorhanden - Gewürze, Kaffee, Bialetti-Kapselmaschine, extra Badetücher für den Pool, Olivenöl, Toastbrot für das erste Frühstück, gefüllter Kühlschrank bei Anreise mit Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Rotwein, Weißwein, Prosecco, etc. Betten sehr gut. Genial die Weinverkostung, die für Hausgäste kostenlos angeboten wird. Mountainbikes sowie Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen für Hausgäste ebenfalls kostenlos bereit. Den Barbecue-Grill haben wir zweimal genutzt, auch hier war Grillkohle und Anzünder vorhanden. Am Pool gibt es eine separate Sommerküche mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem gibt es Umkleiden und Toiletten am Pool. Die Anlage ist über eine ca. 4-5 km lange Schotterpiste zu erreichen, je nach dem ob man von Norden oder Süden kommt. Ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug ist von Vorteil :)

Great Place to be!

We travelled with 2 children and a dog. Already the first Impression on arrival was amazing - the view over the hills of toscany and over the sea is really breathtaking . The Appartment new and very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly - taking care that everything is perfect. We had 2 great weeks on the tenuta - we will come back!! Mille grazie!

Magnifique et Magique

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été estomaqués par la beauté du site et par ce magnifique endroit disposant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons découvert un domaine vinicole plein de charme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et extrêmement gentille, efficaces et généreux. Plusieurs aménagements de qualité sont mis à disposition pour les grands et les petits (vélos flambant neufs, grill, jeux d'extérieur pour enfants, buanderie, ...) permettent de passer des vacances sans manquer de rien. Tout a été pensé de manière très fonctionnelle. Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement du domaine, suffisamment isolé pour profiter du calme et du paysage fabuleux et à la fois non loin des sites touristiques (Florence, Pise, Sienne et autres sites magnifiques) et également plusieurs plages. Les points forts sont la piscine, d'une rare propreté et placée en contrebas (sécurité appréciable avec de petits enfants), de même que l'appartement spacieux dans lequel nous avons logé, les salles de bain flambant neuve et moderne sans parler de la place de jeux pour enfants, du pavillon situé au-dessus de la piscine et tant d'autres petits endroits pour s'arrêter et profiter de la vue. En bref, un petit coin de paradis que nous avons quitté avec peine, nostalgie et que nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander. Seul petit bémol - l’impossibilités de se connecter en wifi dans l’intérieur de notre appartement - mais possible de se connecter à l’extérieur.

Bonjour Eric, je suis heureuse que vous vous ayez passé un si beau séjour chez nous. Je vous remercie de vos gentils mots et de votre remarque sur le wi-fi. En fait la faiblesse du signal est due à l'épaisseur des murs très anciens, nous l'avons remarqué et nous allons installer dans quelques jours des répéteurs à l'intérieur du bâtiment afin d''améliorer la portée du signal. J'espère vous accueillir à nouveau en Toscane!

Tranquil, beautiful, and superbly comfortable

Tenuta Pakravan Papi is an absolute gem. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and serene, and the apartments and amenities are fantastic. We went with a group of friends (8 adults and 6 kids) and stayed in three different apartments. Our apartment was Serra de Cocci, which was very tastefully decorated in a Tuscan style and had everything we could need. We did plenty of cooking and the appliances are top notch. The pool is beautiful and our kids enjoyed it so much. The proprietors are lovely people and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was truly a five star vacation and we can't wait to go back. Our whole group felt the same way.

Einfach traumhaft!

Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde hat die Familie Papi dort geschaffen. Umgeben von Weinbergen liegt das Gut auf einem Hügel mit Meerblick. Unser Appartment in dem frisch restaurierten Landhaus war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen gefüllten Kühlschrank für das 'erste Frühstück' vor, sowie den hauseigenen Wein. Wir hatten als Familie (3 Kinder) dort eine herrliche Zeit (im und am Pool und auf dem Tennisplatz) und hoffen irgendwann einmal wiederzukommen! Vielen Dank an unsere sympathische Gastgeberfamilie!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très enthousiasmés par ce magnifique endroit disposant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil. Nous avons découvert un domaine plein de charme et de caractère soigné par des propriétaires disponibles, efficaces et généreux qui ont eu à coeur de rénover ces lieux avec beaucoup de goût. Plusieurs aménagements de qualité sont mis à disposition (vélos flambant neufs, grill, jeux d'extérieur pour enfants, buanderie, ...) et permettent de passer des vacances sans manquer de rien. Tout a été pensé de manière très fonctionnelle. Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement du domaine, suffisamment isolé pour profiter du calme et du paysage fabuleux et à la fois non loin de la civilisation et des plages, un bon compromis pour que chacun y trouve son compte.
