Stunning is the perfect description!

Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!

Trip to Rochester

Great apartment- clean and modern. Beds and bedding good quality. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location but

Walking distance to Rochester attractions but flat needs some repairs/improvements. Freezer broken, bath drain blocked, shower too hot, no shower curtain in main bathroom, needs black out curtains or better blinds in bedroom, inadequate amount of kitchen utensils. No full length mirror or dressing table in bedroom. It has the potential to be a great place to stay but needs some changes made in my view.

1. Freezer broke- I can confirm the freezer is not broken as it is a fitted fridge freezer upon inspection the screw that holds the fitted freezer door came off which could be due to force applied by the guest when trying to open the freezer door. This has been screwed back and it is all okay. 2 Bath drain Block- I checked the bath drain and I did not notice any blockage. 3. Shower too hot- The Shower has hot and cold , guest should balance the mixture to get the desired warm water in my opinion that's not the fault of the host 4.No Shower Curtain- The Apartment has 2 bathrooms a shower and a bathtub, so there is no main bathroom. Each rooms has it dedicated bathroom I have not put a shower curtain on the bathtub as there is no use for that. 5. Need black out Curtains- the room has blinds which can be closed properly can black out the sunlight. 6. Inadequate amount of Kitchen utensils- I have deliberately put utensils sufficient for 4 guest as not to encourage more that 4 people staying in the property Full length Mirror or Dressing table- I can confirm that there are 5 mirrors in the property and dressing table was not listed on the property amenities. I have never had this complaint listed above in the property, you can notice that there has not been any mention of the comfort, cleanliness, beds, furnishing, towels, bedsheet, internet, parking or value for money. All the review listed above is in her opinion and not a true reflection of the Apartment. I am committed to giving my guest a memorable stay .
