This huge “finca” (traditional Mallorcan farmhouse) has been carefully restored with decorate internal walls and old agricultural tools around the surrounding gardens and fields and is now a comfortable independent holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool set in 4000m2 of grounds.

The villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully furnished to maintain the taste, style and traditions of the Mallorcan fincas.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with TV, wi-fi internet access, sofas and armchairs together with a separate kitchen/dining area, an attractive double bedroom with antique furniture and a family bathroom with shower. Both the lounge and the kitchen have access to a covered porch and to an outdoor shaded dining area with table, chairs, sink and BBQ

Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom (en-suite). The master bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The last bedroom, is a twin with 2 single beds

The private swimming pool, measuring 6.5m x 3.6m with depth of 1.5m, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. It offers total privacy and unobstructed panoramic views over the valley beyond. There are plenty of opportunities for dining, relaxing, chilling out reading a book or suntanning: whether you choose to sit under the pergola, or under the shaded porch.

The outdoor areas of Villa Frares are vast, guests have at their disposal virtually unlimited space, stretching from the woods up on the hill down to the lane connecting Pollensa to Lluc.
