Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.



This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Cala Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches and a few bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
