This holiday home is perfect to enjoy with the family, it has a games room with a pool table, table football and darts board, a table tennis on the terrace and has different very cozy rooms. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful functional kitchen leading to a spacious outside terrace with the garden and pool.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room also have ceiling fans.
It is located in a beautiful urbanization just five minutes away from the supermarket and very close to the urban center of Marratxi, full of services and with a train station. Without a doubt, it is the perfect house for a fun and family stay :)

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
