Villa Kos View 1 is a residence of luxurious construction, consisting of a cozy, 79m2, independent, ground-floor flat with a terrace. The villa is well appointed and provide their guests with all necessary amenities.
The Villa Kos View 1 consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen living room, one bedroom and a bathroom.
Set on a wonderful four-acre plot in lush lawn, with a garden, pine, olive, lemon and orange trees.
Perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood, near Tsoukalaria forest, providing a superb view over the Aegean Sea, the Kos main town and its port, as well as the Turkish coasts and Alikarnassos (Bordrum).
It is a 5 minute short drive down to Kos main town, 5 minutes away from Asclepieion (the most important archeological site on Kos island) and 5 minutes from the main island road.

• for families who want their children to enjoy themselves in our garden providing them with all the necessities to have fun

From the hillside near Tsoukalaria, you can see Kos Town unfolding below, the Aegean Sea stretching endlessly toward the horizon, and the Turkish coastline shimmering in the distance. It’s a scene that changes with the light—from golden sunrises to soft, glowing sunsets—and never fails to inspire a sense of calm and wonder. Being next to the Asklepion adds a touch of historical charm, but it’s the view that truly defines the experience here. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the main parking and town center, making it both scenic and convenient. What I enjoy most is simply sitting back and taking it all in—the sea, the sky, the history, and the quiet beauty of the island.
