Nueva villa con piscina privada y maravillosas vistas al mar.

La casa se completó en 2016 y tiene 2 dormitorios, cada uno con una cama doble (1,80 mx 2,00 m) y un gran armario. Las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado individualmente controlable.
Un baño con ducha y otro baño con bañera están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes.
La cocina totalmente equipada (estufa, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, nevera y congelador) no deja nada que desear. Las comidas se pueden tomar en la terraza con vistas al mar o en la casa en la acogedora mesa de comedor.
La sala de estar está equipada con un amplio sofá, televisión vía satélite y equipo de música. También hay un sistema de aire acondicionado de libre conmutación aquí.
Internet WiFi disponible
En el exterior se encuentra la piscina de aproximadamente 60 m² para uso exclusivo.
Nuestro personal especializado limpia la piscina cada tres días.
Encontrará cómodas tumbonas ajustables en la superficie de descanso. También se puede utilizar una parrilla de hervidor de agua.
El área al aire libre se plantó recientemente en 2016 con muchos tipos diferentes de palmeras, cactus y cítricos.
Hay suficiente espacio en frente de la casa para estacionar su vehículo.
En el piso superior de la casa hay un pequeño apartamento para el 5º + 6º Persona. (Cargo adicional € 50.00 por noche incl. Limpieza final) El apartamento también está equipado con su propio aire acondicionado, cocina, nevera.
La piscina solo está disponible para los huéspedes de esta casa. Para que pueda disfrutar de la maravillosa paz sin ser molestado.

Mastihari

The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location if you want peace and quiet. Situated on top of a hill the view is stunning, especially of the sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped for catering at home and the village offers some lovely restaurants which are a 3-4 minute drive. The North side of island is breezy which helps with the temperature in August. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Michael at Helios travel is a superstar and offers car hire and trips out. The secret island escape boat trip is a must! Car hire is advisable in order to access everything the island has to offer. If you want to cook for yourself the local shops are limited but there are more extensive supermarkets accessible by car if you drive further. We absolutely loved our stay and would very much hope to visit again & stay in this accommodation.

Grundsätzlich ok. Abgesehen davon, dass im Appartement beim Duschen der Fußboden nass wurde, weil der Duschvorhang nicht bis auf den Boden reichte.

Kos Wedding 2022

We travelled across for a week for our daughters wedding on Kastri Island. Wanted to stay in a villa to allow more flexibility with the arrangements. Everything was perfect with this property. Anything you could possibly have needed was there! If we were to return to Kos at any time in the future then we would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this property again and wholeheartedly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet but perfect location with excellent facilities.

Tolle Urlaubswoche auf Kos

Das Haus ist modern, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Pool ist groß und klasse und die Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und hervorragend gepflegt. Der Vermieter stand für Fragen und Unterstützung vor Anreise und während des Aufenthalts immer kurzfristig und sehr nett zur Verfügung. Kurzum - wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Woche und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen

Ein Traum-Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt, abgesehen von der Nähe des Flughafens, sehr ruhig am Ende einer Strasse. Der Fluglärm hält sich in Grenzen und beeinträchtig kaum. Das war aber auch das einzig negative was wir an dem Haus finden konnten. Der Pool ist ein Traum und hat vor allem den Kinder einen riesigen Spass bereitet. Bis zum nächsten Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und schönem Sandstrand sind es ca. 2km. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Love the Villa and love Kos!

The villa is well furnished and well equipped, with a superb pool and patio areas - we would suggest a washing machine if possible? The location is on top of a hill, so your views of the sea and surrounding area are fantastic. The location is excellent, as your right in the middle of the island, so 25mins max to the north or south of the island. Kos itself is a cultural/historic gem. So if you like looking at ruins and love history..this is the place. We were here in 2015 when things weren't good and its nice to see the island has prospered since that dreadful time. Highly recommended!

Stunning villa, perfect holiday.

Communication throughout our booking and stay was prompt and efficient. We arrived to a spotlessly clean, beautiful and very well equipped villa. With everything we needed we felt at home right away. The pool and especially the view are magnificent. We hired a car which was very useful for grocery shopping, popping out to restaurants and exploring the island. The villa was equipped with everything we needed including a juicer to prepare our own delicious fresh Orange Juice each morning. We prepared simple meals and there’s everything you need but mostly we ate out which was good quality and reasonably priced. Would most definitely recommend this villa to a family or two couples wishing to enjoy the best of the real Kos. Thank you. The Beck Family.

Excellent views at sunset

We recently stayed at this villa as we were attending a wedding and opted for this rather than an all inclusive resort as some of the other wedding party did. I am so glad we did. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, both with AC, the lounge/dining area had ample room, with a TV, we never sat in, so we never used any of these. The kitchen was well equipped, with all the things you would expect at home. We mainly used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch on the patio,as we ate out most nights. The view from the patio, and from the pool had the most fantastic views across the islands and the sea. We seldom went out to eat before watching the fabulous sunset into the sea. We did go to Zia to watch the sunset and had to struggle with hundreds of others looking for car parking and vantage points. We much preferred the calm and quiet by the pool at sunset. The pool and sun beds were superb, this where we spent most of our days, just relaxing and having a swim whenever we wanted. Each morning, I always reminded myself why I chose the villa, and the holidays with 2 young children trying to get sun beds near the baby pool, and the disappointment if we missed out. I will be definitely using the villa again, and using the guys at Matishari Holidays who sorted our car hire (you need a car) who where fantastic also. Overall excellent holiday and look forward to returning.

Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Mit einem Mietwagen können in kurzen Distanzen schöne Ausflüge auf Kos unternommen werden.

Spacious, quiet and well situated villa

My husband and I spent a week at this new property. It's actually two houses, one is a sort of stand alone two bedroom two bathroom unit and the other, in which we stayed, had two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main unit and a second unit (maybe a studio?) on the second level. The villa was superb- well equipped and comfortable. The bed was a memory foam mattress so much more comfortable than most beds I have experienced in Greece. And the pillows were big and fluffy- another pleasant surprise. Plenty of towels were provided for bathing (note: you need your own beach towels) and they were nice and soft. There was plenty of glassware, dishes, pots, pans, etc. for self catering although we only had coffee and happy hour at the villa. The pool was a good size though we did have some problem with bees which the owner attended to as best he could through the local pool guy. The temperature was perfect for morning and afternoon dips. The villa is up a hill from Mastichari, the nearest village, about a 20 minute walk. Mastichari has a nice beach though when the seas are rough, the beach does get filled with seaweed. That being said, the beach is sandy and not at all crowded (at least when we were there) and there are plenty of great tavernas and cafes to choose from for lunch or refreshments. There is also a great grocery store in town that has everything including Ruinart Rose! Communication with the owner was responsive and helpful- directions from the airport were so easy to follow. The location in general is convenient to everything on the island- close to Kos town as well as the other sandy beaches near Kefalos. I highly recommend this villa and would love to come back with friends and family some day!

Super Aufenthalt - Tolles Haus - Sehr zu Empfehlen
