Villa with 2 lovely apartments. Separate entrances, perfect for 2 couples, 2 families, or a group of up to 6 friends who wish to holiday together but each with their own deserved privacy.

Each suite offers a King Bedroom, ensuite bathroom, cosy living room, and equipped kitchenette.

Share a spacious 1.4m-h pool with deck chairs & private bamboo canopy area with your own outdoor stone BBQ.

Drive in and let the gate close behind you. Rest assured you're in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Castellana surrounded by a few legacy high-end Villas and, right on route to Polignano a Mare.

Since recently refurbishing, and since we care about maintaining the high standards of our ever-returning guests every year - we don't accept parties and other chaotic events that may increase the risk of causing damage and chaos. We appreciate your understanding.
