The apartment was really handy, 20 mins walk from termini, lovely eateries within walking distance. The size of the apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Aurora was very helpful and gave us lots of information before and during our stay.

Excellent location!

We stayed in this authentic Roman apartment for 3 nights. The property was as promised and it was a great place for our travel needs. We took the fast train from the airport to the Roma Termini and it was a short walk. We walked to all our city tour sites. Shower was small but manageable. Thankyou!

Dirty/Moldy

Check-in was easy. Apartment has elevator access which is a bonus if you have luggage and is super secure. Relatively close to the metro station. The downsides were that the apartment could have been cleaner. Overall, the rooms were clean, however, the couch had hair all over, an old piece of toast was left in the toaster, the freezer was dirty and the main bathroom is covered in mold because the fan does not work. The shower drain is clogged and would not drain, so water would pool up. The bathroom doors don’t lock, and the WiFi only worked for a day during our multi day stay, most of the trip it said there was no internet access when connecting to WiFi, so we had to pay for data through our phone plan. For the price, it was not worth the stay. If you have lung issues, don’t stay here, the mold is unavoidable. With a good deep clean, this place has potential. The rooms were spacious, each room had its own AC that mostly worked and it has vaulted ceilings.

We tried …

This property is well situated and has multiple restaurants nearby that are friendly with decent food. The bed was a bit soft but comfy. The washing machine worked very very well. A few things that need improvement…. - dishes are all chipped and one of the two large coffee cups leaks when filled with boiling water. - pots are beaten up and handles missing, cupboards disorganised and dirty, only one knife….for bread. For people who like to cook it is not ideal. Toilet seat in second bathroom was cracked, mirror broken and patched on the door, the shower drains so poorly (even for Roma) that showering is a trial. The spare bedding in the closet is soo old and dirty that it put me off to look at it. To be clear, we are trying to be fair…were we safe here? Yes. Did we have basic essentials as advertised…yes. Could this rental be easily fixed with only 2-300 euro Outlay to improve it? Probably. We relayed a request to the owner to ask for pots that would be safe to use and a new coffee cup. She seemed surprised and shocked we were asking. We implore her to please come and take a hard and objective look at her property and to make improvements. Also, we had been asked to check out early. We left at 10am as contractually obligated. The new renters were there and took the keys and went right up the stairs to store their bags. Perhaps the owner only cares for the revenue? I don’t know but for us, never again.

Appartement très bien mais peu d’assistance

Appartement très bien entretenu et bien situé pour visiter Rome. Malheureusement le wifi a été défectueux pendant tout le séjour et nous n’avons reçu aucune assistance de la part de la responsable de la location qui n’a pas respecté ses engagements. Aussi il n’y a pas de jacuzzi contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce.
