This modern upper duplex apartment with free parking, sits on the popular Panorama Golf community in Villamartin, with a great choice of championship golf courses and beaches nearby.

The front balcony is great for coffee/breakfast in the sunshine. Relax on the spacious rooftop terrace equipped with loungers, outdoor sofa, gas BBQ and dining table or cool off in the communal pool. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

This is the perfect Villamartin escape for families, golfers and sun-seekers alike!

This sun filled home features 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and sink. The modern and spacious main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. We also provide a hair dryer, toddler toilet seat and a foot step.

The open plan living area has a comfortable 3 seater sofa with leg rests as well as an arm chair and French doors to the balcony. There is a wifi enabled TV, a dvd player and various board games. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, water filter, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher and the console table expands out to form a 6 seater dining table. Great for those days when you just want some home cooked food!

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans whilst the living room has 2 ceiling fans, and French doors opening out onto the balcony.

The front balcony has seating for 4 and a staircase leading up to the private rooftop terrace. This features a corner sofa, dining table, gas barbeque, and great views of the surrounding area. There are 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and a parasol for shade.

We also provide a rack for drying clothes, as well as chairs, mats and a parasol for the beach.

I stayed at this apartment over the summer and had a fantastic experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus, parking outside was always easy, and the neighborhood felt very secure with friendly neighbors around. The couple who rented it out were incredibly helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free stay in Spain!
