There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower.

Getting Around:

When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.



Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.



Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester. Chester also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for a £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.



*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

We are currently awaiting a response from the rental manager, but we were disappointed by the property when we arrived and only stayed one night (because we arrived late in the day). Property is not as described. Location was away from City Centre, property was superficially clean, but in bad repair. Not stylish, not in an incredible location. Apartment was in a loud area, close to light industry, and had not been aired out.We were offered another property, but didnt want to risk another disappointment.Before you can check in, property manager requires you pay a nonrefundable security deposit for damages or a much larger refundable deposit for damages. This is not included in the fees listed on Vrbo. You cannot check in without paying one or the other.
