This spectacular 4 bedroom 4 bath 6th floor unit has recently under gone extensive remodeling and offers 2120 square feet of luxury living with an open and spacious floor plan. Elegant furnishings and travertine tile throughout give the unit a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. The living area seats 8 and includes plush Flex Steel Powered Leather Recliners. There is a 70in SAMSUNG 4K SMART TV!! The kitchen is fully furnished to include a standard coffee maker as well as a KEURIG and h been remodeled with Gray Granite counter tops and Gray Cabinets. The appliances are stainless steel to include a WHIRLPOOL DOUBLE CONVECTION OVEN. The wet bar has NEW Gray Granite counter tops and an ICE MAKER. Wonderful Time At Admiral's Quarters

We loved staying at this property! We had two families share this condo; 4 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space to spread out. The adults especially loved the large balcony. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need, even beach chairs! The owner Tim checked in with us when we arrived and I felt I could contact him with any questions, though none arose. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Tim and Sara!

Top Notch Vacation

Loved this property. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed during our trip. It was also very spacious and had a spectacular view of the gulf. Couldn't have asked for a better property. our weeklong vacation in 601 was perfect. The condo was just beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had amazing views of the beach from the large balcony with plenty of seating for a large family The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Tim and Sara were wonderful hosts and made checkin effortless. Communication with them before and during our stay was great. It was our first time to stay at Admirals Quarters but will definitely be back.

Amazing rental!

This unit was perfect for my family of 8! The condo was spotless all the beds we’re comfortable and the view is amazing! There’s pretty much anything you need to cook with in the kitchen. Good location with plenty to do close by. Not a long walk to the breach at all and pool is really nice as well! You can’t go wrong booking this unit !

The owners were great and the condo had more items than you would ever expect including spices, pots and pans, crock pot, multiple blenders and choppers, coffee makers and everything needed for a great stay. Big tv's and fans in every room and not as crowded as the giant properties with more rooms.Sara went above and beyond to make it easy on us. We had a great stay and will be renting it again next year or sooner.

This condo was just right in all aspects! Right amount of space for 6 adults and 3 children! Right floor for taking the stairs (if feeling in need of exercise Ha). Clean and big condo- lots of room

We loved the big balcony and having an elevator. There was so much room for the 5 of us to craft. Couches were very comfy and so were the beds. We got used to the long walk to the beach. Trevon was sweet to rent the chairs from. I sat by the pool the last day which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, modern and clean condo. Location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and the Back Country trail. A beautiful setting right in the beach! The owners, Tim and Sara were great to deal with, we found them to be very responsive and helpful for any question we had. In addition, check in and out procedures are very simple and effective. Excellent accommodations. This was the first time we rented a condo and had all 10 of us on one floor living. It actually was great. Sometimes having an upstairs allowed for some space between families. But 601 was big enough inside we still had area to feel spread out when needed! Communication with owners was easy and so was check. Great week!

Great location and great pool

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's a great location and a great set up with lots of room. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the balcony the most! It's quite spacious. The condo was not as clean as I was expecting. Nothing major, but it seemed like the unit hadn't had a detailed clean in a while. But other than that, everything was perfect.

My sister’s family and mine enjoyed our stay at Admirals Quarters-I loved this area of Orange Beach as it was just outside of the real crowded areas but still close enough to hop over to Publix or get takeout. There were 10 of us total and I feel like we had enough room. Condo was well stocked. The rugs were a little past their life wear but overall we had a wonderful time. Big plus that it’s owner managed-Tim and Sara were very easy to get in touch with.

A great time had by all.

Thanks to this amazing VRBO we had a great time. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable to sit back and relax and watch movies at night. The kitchen was great to cook in if that’s your thing. Plenty of privacy for everyone. The owners were very nice and even gave us places to go eat. Last but not least was the view of the ocean. I didn’t have to watch TV when I had the ocean view. You could see the ocean from several places within the condo. The balcony had a great view and breeze. Love to come back next year.

Loved #601 condo - felt like home!

Our 4BR, 4 Bath condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the large kitchen and island. Both kitchen and bathrooms had all the essentials; really enjoyed new glassware and kitchen linens. We had plenty of room for visiting guests. Bedrooms were very spacious, all with private baths and large walkin closets. View of the sugar sand beach was breathtaking. Beautiful morning sunrises and evening sunsets were awesome. Our corner patio had great, comfortable furniture. Having our owner live in the building was a great asset as any questions we had were answered quickly. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Everything was just about as near perfect as wished for. Weather incredible. Unit was stocked well with kitchen needs, towels, bedding, etc. For the most part everything was clean and orderly without a lot of unnecessary decorations i.e., silk flowers, etc., to have to work around and gather dust. The oversized balcony was our favorite hang out spot of all. Plentiful seating and tables in and out. VERY comfortable family room seating and nice TV's throughout. Trash drop at our end of hall was not functioning, so it was quite a hike to the other end to dispose of trash. Two negatives - the plantation shutters need a good dusting and the 4th bedroom (first as you come in door) does not cool as well as the other bedrooms. There was a fan but my daughter still got warm during the evenings. We will definitely keep this unit as one of our favorites so far. Owners were easy to work with and hopefully they found everything in order on our departure as we washed towels, cleaned and wiped frig, etc. Overall we would rate our week as an 8 out of 10 oranges! #orangebeach

Admiral Quarters is a low density great property. We purchased our first property AQ 1003 (2br/2.5ba vrbo #353410) here 2011 and now have three properties in the building.Guests love the amount of space in the units and the large decks. .

What makes this property unique

Guests love the roominess of the 2120 sf and the unobstructed 180 deg spectacular views from the large East corner balcony. In addition guests have commented on the cormfort of the balcony furniture that seats 11 as well as the five Flex Steel Leather, Powered Recliners. .
